Ordered product on boAt website pre paid not shipped even after 20 days. They never reply for the complaints raised on the customer support e-mail and also there's no provision to cancel the order. Never recommend to buy on their website
Maine boat ka bluetooth headfones liya thaa. 6 month bhii nehi hua headfone ka ek side kharap ho gaya. Maine warrenty claim kiya or replacement ke liye bhejha but company ne replacement nehi kiya or jhut claim kiya ki mera headfone physically damage hai... bohot hi buri company hai mera paisa barbad kar diya. Main ek student hu orr bohot kast karke paisa jamaya thaaa... mere sath jo hua wo kisi ke sath na hona chaiyhe...
I bought earphone 131 from reliance jio store Arjun nagar Agra on 24-08-2022 left side is not working i go to service center. Media house sanjay place Agra. They didn't replace my product because they wan't online bill but reliance store didn't send me I have hard copy of bill. Kindly resolve my problem

The first experience with BOAT was totally good even in the Return policy but the second was a pathetic
Boat is right now doing excellent in rejecting the warranty claims, I've seen in verification report the product is damaged, which was not the case before handing over. Maybe they are doing themselves, just to reject the claims.

I have ordered one product last month on 26 th july... my money has been debited but order was not placed... I called customer care and also emailed... till now I didn't get neither my money nor product... bad customer care their numbers don't even work. Also they say will solve issue but they don't... very worst customer care. Other companies at least consider customers problems and solve asap... try to buy from Flipkart or Amazon... at least they have customer care service... boat doesn't have..
It has been worst and very unpleasant experience of using the AIRDOPES of BOAT brand. The post sales service is worst ever found in any of the brands present in market. The AIRDOPES that is being under warranty has been taken again and again by the company and finally it has been proved that the product is damaged.
I mean is it possible that a consumer himself damaged the product and waits for the company to repair the product and finally this is the dose of reply by the brand.
Very bad Experience of the Brand than any other and i promise to never use this brand in future neither will recommend anyone to purchase and use BOAT.

In last 2 month i have complaint 3 time for warranty claim. But very time my warranty has been cancel. My last 3rd ticket ID is *******. Still nor response from boat. I Suggest to everyone please don't buy any product of Boat.

Jo bht jaada disappointing tha... kisi ko customer ko proper information bhi dena nhi aata... galat information ki wajah se Mei 4 se 5 din sirr kabhi call center to kabhi service center Mei call karke pareshan hui hu... mujhe boat ka product kafi pasand tha. But ab se Mei kbhi boat ka product nhi lugi

Bt I have brought bluetooth earbuds by boat site and 1 side of earbud had charging issue by several Month. Which I went to service station to repair but they didn't respond me properly.

I'm not sure about the quality of the products that Boat produces because it was never delivered to me. I just got a order cancellation message after 4 days. Plus if you call the customer care, they will make you wait for 15-20 minutes and later just cancelling by the time you are #1 in the queue, adding to your disappointment. I recommend buying from Amazon or other marketplaces.
Fraud company I order two time amount will debited but order number not generated. I called customer support they was always call was disconnected and I shared more than time transaction details and all but still refund not received
If any want get mentally pressurized I will suggest please buy a single product from boat they will give very good and high pressure so anyone gets irritates. If I have an authority to give the best and worst services given by companies to customer end then no doubt I will give the boat a very very worst service in all over the world but anyways I will suggest to that authority persons to deliver this award from my side. The main question is now arriving how this boat company gets no1 brand in our India while real facts are very different.
