This website is a scam ordered the spiritual quilt and I never received it was told that they needed 7 to 15 days for processing and I would receive a tracking number which I waited and never received they will bogusly respond back to your questions and you will receive a response but that they will never follow up on the lies that they tell you I had to receive my $76.00 back from pay pal don't take the risk of losing your money and not receiving anything I hope they catch y'all thieving asses hope they bust hell wide open and remember what goes around always come back around so this company will eventually reap what they soe

My friend's mother died unexpectedly so I ordered her the "I am always with you" quilt that her mom had said previously said she liked. That was months ago. First there was some problem with the order, then it supposedly got lost during delivery. Not only am I furious about the lost money and being scammed, but my bereaved friend never even got a sympathy gift from me because I was foolishly holding out for these jokers. Some people have no conscience.

After so many months of waiting that I forgot I ordered it, I Finally Received the hippie "quilt" I ordered! Except it's not a quilt! I expected each printed area to be sewn together. They are not. It's one cover, screen printed as one piece, some batting, and a backing stitched together on the outside border it's a screen printed blanket! Took absolutely NO skill. I don't want to think about where it was made, who made it, or by whom. Like I said, it took probably close to a year to get here! Completely disappointed! I threw it in the drawer of ugly and old blankets

This is a scam! They will purposefully send the package to the wrong address. When you ask what's going on they pretty much tell you that the package has been destroyed and about their no refund policy! There is no phone #, so it takes a lot of effort to get a hold of them via email.

Took forever to get this once I placed my order and then to see the actual quilt - no words can describe my disappointment. To even call this cheap piece of material a quilt is false advertisement. No way could I ever give this as a gift - it is so cheaply made and definitely not the same as in the picture they show. What a scam!

Purchased the Truck Quilt for my 2 year old grandson as a Christmas gift. Reviews on the Facebook site were all excellent and probably phony! The quilt is cheap and the color is awful. It's construction themed and what appeared to be a navy blue background is eggplant! What the heck? Customer service says too expensive for them to assume costs for return to manufacturing site in China. I would have to pay it! Not happening. Now I have this piece of garbage to remind me how stupid I was!

I ordered a $ 70.00 quilt for my granddaughter, which was OMG a big mistake. It was supposed to be a twin size QUILT. Ha Ha, not a quilt, more like an oversized dust rag. It was so undersized and flimsy that I was afraid to even get it near the washing machine and if it survived that, it surely would not survive the dryer. Probably all in all, it's worth $5:00, if even. So trust me, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Still in the package. Probably will give to ARC. Someone can use it for their dog or cat.

Do you yourself a favor and avoid this site. Products are cheap (think Wall-Mart quality), and their customer service is NON-EXISTANT. You will get emails from the elusive "Alice", all to no avail. Now I'm stuck with two really poorly made blankets. Guess I'll put them on E-bay? If you are expecting a QUILT, this is NOT a quilt. It is a screen printed cheap polyester fabric. SO DISAPPOINTED!

On Facebook I saw their advertisement for a cute truck quilt. When it arrived it was of very poor quality especially for the money. It is WalMart quality but they are asking 3X the price. The photo on Facebook was of a fluffier, finer quality quilt. Most disappointing is that they have a NO RETURN policy. You can get an exchange, but they do not stand behind their product. I can see why! Most people would be requesting a refund when they receive the goods. Do not buy from these people!

I ordered 2 personalized blankets for my grandchildren. The quality is fine, and was exactly what I expected. Probably a bit overpriced, but I chose to buy them knowing this. My issue is how long it took the order to arrive, and the terrible business model of this company. They do not communicate shipping details with you, so that you have some kind of idea when your items might arrive. They also do not provide ANY PHONE NUMBERS, I'm sure by design. You can email them, and they DID respond to me within the required time period. At this time they did send me a link for the postal delivery. I had already stopped payment on my credit card, after reading the reviews of people not receiving their orders. However, I did cancel that once the order came today. The blankets are actually very cute, very soft, and plenty thick enough. I cannot say that I am disappointed with the product, only the process.

Have yet to receive order confirmation. I ordered on November 20. Sent multiple messages and received automated emails that they are checking on my order. Never happened. Finally got shipment detail after I threatened them to report them. However, the tracking number does not exist. My bank also put a hold on my bank account because this company has a bad scoring rate. Don't order from them. Nothing but trouble.

I bought two blankets from this site. Horrible product, that I cannot give to my grand daughters as Christmas gifts. I wished I would have read the complaints on this site first. Block Of Gear website does not allow you to write a review, but you sure can read all the positive reviews on their site. Do not buy this product, grossly overpriced with the cheap product they produce. Bad decision on my part.

Horrible business, stole my artwork and are selling it on a quilt. Really upsetting. I expect most of it is stolen art! Please don't buy from them! Photo shows my design on the top left of the quilt, bottom is my art as shown on Etsy.
