I ordered a quilt a month ago, emailed about the order and was told it would ship that week. It never did, I have sent numerous emails with no response and now believe this is a scam. I only ever received a paypal receipt. No order confirmation or email from block of gear. BUYER BEWARE!
Can't track my order would love to find out when I'll get mine it's been over a month. Does anyone know how I can track my order and I never received a email confirmation that I ordered the blanket. I'm lost I hope it's not a scam

Their products on line look super cute. Purchased a quilt for Mother's Day. Never received any information for shipping. After about two weeks I emailed them asking about my order. Emailed back within a day and told me it was currently being processed and it would be shipped shortly. Another week went by and still nothing so I emailed them again. They said my product was in high demand (even though online it said only 4 were available so to purchase soon), said they'd send me another email shortly with my tracking number and the company to whom it was shipping through. Another weeks gone by and still nothing. Looked up reviews for this company and they've appeared to done this recently to more than just me. Had to request a refund from PayPal and reported their business. Don't waste your money.

The products look very beautiful. Problem is with communication.
They cannot give me any idea when it will be shipped. All communication on email. No real person to talk to.

Purchased a quilt on 4/21 was told please allow 7-10 business day for shipping. I only bought this quilt because my sister already purchase one for me and I really like it and so does everyone who sees it. After I emailed them I received another email stating please allow 7-15 days. Not only that if you want to cancel they want to charge you 20% of your payment for processing and whatever else (bogus). I would never ever, ever buy anything from them again. I suggest collage.com you can create your quilt for the same price and it comes faster. I wish they stop blaming everything on covid.

I loved the quilt I got my granddaughter, but even better is that she LOVED IT! She's 11 and she actually was very touched and thanked me profusely! The softball images were beautiful, the text was heartfelt and thought provoking. I couldn't be happier.

I thought it was a quilt with the patch work but it is fleece blanket. It is very pretty and cozy! One side has the picture and the other side is the sherpa. It did seem like it took awhile to receive it but Block and Gear were good about giving me updates.

The only thing I was disappointed about was I could not find love nanny and papa. So I just put nanny But the blanket is beautiful it is well made and it's going to be a beautiful keepsake.

Thank you, we received our order of the Great Dane and Boxer Blankets. They are both wonderful and like the Koala and tiger ones I previously ordered. We gave the Great Dane blanket to our neighbors who just lost one of their lovable giants and they were overwhelmed by how much some of the pictures looked like a few of their dogs. The Boxer blanket is just adorable.

Exactly as promised! We purchased it as a birthday gift for a friend. The colors are beautiful and the material is soft. It has the dots on the bottom to prevent it from sliding on a smooth surface when you walk on it. It was a little thinner than I expected, but my husband pointed out that a super thick rug with this pattern would have likely costed hundreds of dollars. So, the quality makes sense for the pricing and their advertising wasn't misleading on that part. The shipping takes awhile, but it's understandable for the price you're paying. I recommend ordering at least a month in advance to ensure arrival on time. Customer service responded within 24 hours of any questions I had and was incredibly helpful. I was wary at first, because I had never heard of this place. But I'm glad I took the risk. They really came through and our friend was incredibly happy with it.
