I am totally PISSED! With this company. I ordered 3 blankets for my daughters on April 20th and received a email confirmation that they were shipped on May 22nd. I have not received anything yet! You can not call to speak with anyone and no one gets back to you when you send an email. I also ordered a separate one for a graduation gift in May and have not received anything, I now have 4 blankets ordered from them(silly me) over 200.00 dollars spent and no items. I will not give up until I have every penny of my money back. FaceBook should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this company to advertise!
I placed an order in April 2020. It is the middle of June and I haven't received my item or a refund! I have contacted them SEVERAL times about this problem. They won't give me a refund! I have reported them to the BBB! A pure rip off!

Well, after e-mail attempts and still no response, I decided to check up on Block of Gear. I came across ALL of these complaints and now I'm mad and disappointed! Ordered a personalized graduation quilt on May 4th for my granddaughter and here it is June 12th and NOTHING. They are not answering my messages. Evidently Facebook doesn't check companies that advertise on their website. I have not given up, but after seeing all these complaints I doubt I will ever receive that graduation gift.

I ordered my daughter a graduation blanket 2 months ago and just received it after her graduation. It's not fit to give her. It smells musty and is damp plus it's very cheap quality. It doesnt have her name DOB or graduation date as I requested either. I'm livid!!!! I would not recommend anyone to buy anything off of them!!!

I purchased a quilt in April and I never received what I paid for or a refund. I reported this company to the better business bureau. I was sent tracking numbers that were bogus! The tracking numbers never worked! Stay away from this company!

I have filed a dispute with PayPal after multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the status of my order. The estimate time said up to 15 days and it has been 2 months. I really wanted the quilt but this is totally unacceptable and very poor communication if I could give negative stars I would

Never order from these people, I ordered over a month ago and never received my items, than when you email its either blocked or no none address, than I downloaded account summary and they say I have no orders, scam!

I ordered my blanket in late April. I still have not received it. When I inquired about the product, a representative of Block of Gear emailed me indicating the blanket was on the way. I will be filing with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Ordered Graduation blanket in April. Sent 5 messages and each one says it is in transit to the next location.
This was a gift... so disappointed! They must be shipping from overseas and no planes are flying into the USA.
I even tried to cancel my order and could not because it had shipped. Well my credit card sure was charged before it was shipped.

I ordered two twins quilts in April 2020, shipping took a little longer than I anticipated but you have to be patient due to Corrvid-19, once opened I was amazed with the colors, thickness and the love put into these items. I'm happy and so is my daughter!

I ordered a nursing blanket for a graduation gift in end of April and still have not received the blanket. Looks lit it is awaiting delivery to Kentucky or has arrived at USPS IN Kentucky On May 14 but has not reached my home. I no longer need this blanket for a gift. This is a scam company and I no longer see the products to order.

I ordered a sofa blanket on May 1, and still have not received it, they keep on telling me its on its way, and they are escalating the order. There is no customer service number, all they give you is a email address. Please don't buy from this company, they say they're in the US which is a lie, it would never take that long. I believe they are from Korea or China

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. You don't find out that it's not a legitimate Company until AFTER you place an order and they've taken your money. There's no phone number to call and the address is someone's apartment in California. They will give you a bogus tracking number and send out automatic stock replies when you send an email.

The blanket was a graduation gift for my daughter from her grandmother given the fact that it is her 2020 high school graduation with no graduation ceremony my mother thought it would be a good idea to get something special for her grandchild. That was over a month ago and she still have not receive the blanket. Every time being told it is in shipment. The lies they tell is unbelievable.

I ordered from this company in April been trying to get items since mid may! Tracking days it's still in California never left hub United States post office says there is no such package! Label must of been printed and not put on package! This was May 14 still not here! I have repeatedly contacted this company and they just keep sending the tracking number that never left their hub! Don't trust them!

My Mother ordered me the nursing quilt. We have requested status on this item several times over the last few weeks and nothing. They do not have contact information available for contacting them other than FB messenger and email. You get a generic message from them regarding this information. Do not waste your money because you will not get your item. BUYER BEWARE!
