I ordered a blanket from Block of Gear several weeks ago. Their website does not prominently warn of extremely slow shipping. Once the time for the slow shipping had expired, I reached out to them twice and have never received a response. I still have not received my order. I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.
I ordered a graduation blanket for my granddaughter back in March. I have emailed NUMEROUS TIMES, keep getting emails back with tracking number and saying that the item has been shipped. I have asked for a DEFINITIVE DATE to expect my order at my home and they ignore me. I have asked that my card be refunded and they just say that they have shipped the product already. Product still shows as being in New York and I live in Texas. WARNING- DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS NO MATTER HOW MANY GOOD REVIEWS YOU READ. I read the reviews before ordering and should have looked on here at the negative reviews. Don't make the same mistake that I made!

I've had a VERY difficult time receiving this item, took over a month. I had to email numerous times. Sometimes they responded and sometimes they didn't. Once I received my purchase I opened it up only to find this disgusting & poorly made flag. The quality in person is horrible. It looks severely faded. It's the worst laser print I have ever seen. Somebody named "Alice" has emailed me back however, she won't send me return instructions for a full refund. I always read reviews before purchasing and for some reason I didn't think to with this company. I completely regret it!

I bought my daughters 2020 graduation quilt many weeks ago. We finally received it and she completely loves it! It's really beautiful! Although the process was frustrating, the company did reply every time I contacted them. I do think Covid 19 must have had everything to do with the delay. We are happy with the end result! We purchased the granddaughter graduation blanket and we were very pleased when it came it. Quality fabric used and it looked just like it was pictured. Due to COVID19 it did take longer to arrive than normal, but the company kept me updated on everything. We will order again from here.

After two and a half months I finally received the product. I do like it. The stich is high Quality. It's not to lite and it's not to heavy. It looks great on my bed but I do intend to put it up on my wall. The only challenge I have is the color in pictures ( vibrance & tint) look better then in person. It's not bad just different. It took way too long for it to arrive that's why I titled this Quality time... because atleast it was Quality after wasting so much of my time. Thank you

I have never been so disappointed in a company. Not only did I order in April and still nothing I paid extra for guarantee shipping. I have emailed and emailed and then got a response 6 days later saying my package will be delivered in the 40 days that they don't include holiday and weekends. Well do the math it's now June 29 thats way over 40 days. Very poor customer service I don't even want it at this point just my money back

It took me weeks to decide on just the right blanket. I wanted it to be special and have meaning. One would think for the price it would not be so cheaply made. I received it wadded up in a see through plastic bag held shut with duct tape. Not folded or in a box. So much for the surprise my daughter sat it on the kitchen counter for me. The material is so cheap and its been in a wad for so long i douht the wrinkles will ever come out. Nice idea. Cheaply made very disappointed

I ordered this blanket for my daughter for graduation back in April not knowing if it would arrive on time or not or even if I would get at all but I received it 2 wks ago which made it in time. I ordered my daughter a blanket on April 30th. As of today I still don't have the blanket.
I was sent an email in May saying my order was complete, and on the way. I was excited. 2 weeks later still no blanket. I put in the tracking number only to find that number doesn't exist.
I sent an email questioning the number and they assured me that it's on the way, that due to COVID it would take longer.
2 weeks later, I still don't have my daughter's blanket. I am trying to get a refund through Pay Pal.
