I have ordered quilts from BOG two times. The first time, I received my 3 quilts without any issues though it took around 6 weeks to receive them. I loved the Virgin Mary quilts so much that I ordered 3 more Virgin Mary Remember quilts to give as gifts.
After about 6 weeks, I received a package with only 1 quilt and the other 2 missing and an email stating that my order was fulfilled. I emailed BOG and they responded requesting pictures of the mail packaging that it came in. After sending the mail packaging picture, they responded they were investigating. After another email about a week later, they stated they were correcting the issue and mailing me the other two quilts.
It took many emails and a lot of time to receive the product but I did finally receive the other two quilts as they had told me.
I love all of the quilts that I have purchased from them and they did honestly correct their error though it took a very long time (about 3 months total) requiring a lot of patience and could have been better customer service with better communication of what was happening along the way.
I absolutely love my quilt! Got a lot of positive remarks from it! Timing was ok but still satisfied! Customer service was great with getting back to me! Now I'm getting ready to purchase 2 more for my daughters!

Item was just what I ordered. I love it.
The quilt was kind of thin but ok for what I paid. Customer service reply time and processing time needs improvement. They are too slow. But overall experience was good.

I ordered my daughters the Graduation Blanket from
Block of Gear. My daughters love their blankets! I received both blankets on time and in my opinion these blankets were totally worth the money and the wait! I couldn't get the whole blanket in the picture, but the picture I have attached is the corner of the blanket. Love this product and will continue to purchase from Block Of Gear. Thank you

I TOTALLY agree! Placed an order May 14th. Last update says it shipped on May 24th yet it still hasn't reached the post office. I've sent 6 emails to which I've received generic responses from "Alice" thanking me for my patience and assuring me that due to the pandemic it's taking longer for packages to get from their warehouse to the USPS... REALLY? ALMOST 2 MONTHS? I could have swam to China for the package and swam back with it by now. Should have known when they don't have a phone number listed that the customer service would be poor. Right now I'm out $139 but I'm in the process of filing a claim with BBB. Something is definitely not on the up and up here. PLEASE, don't give them your money... it seems to be a crap shoot on if you will or won't get your order.

I purchased 4 blankets during the Christmas season and loved everyone... i purchased a teacher's blanket for my daughter and she loved it... i purchased a born in may blanket for daughter #2 and she loved it... i purchased a 1st responder for my son and he loved it and i purchased the love the beach blanket for my sister and she loved hers... the blankets are vivid in color. Faux fur line, i got the largest one every time and its big enough to cover a full bed... the shipping was fast... I was very pleased with all of the purchases

Excellent quality and generous sizing of the twin size Granddaughter's Graduation Quilt! Only complaint would be that it took so long to ship, almost 7 weeks. But if you are aware of this, it is worth the purchase.

I bought a quilt & for $65 thought it should be really nice. Wrong, cheaply made in China and it smells. They will not refund me of give me a credit despite my dissatisfaction. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The quilt was exactly what was advertised! I am a 4/5 because of shipping delays which wasn't this company's fault. The quality is exceptional and I was very pleased with the product. Will definitely order again - thank you Must love Quilts

I ordered a blanket from them on April 29, as of July 9,2020 I have not received it. They gave.me a USPS tracking number that show the usps has not received the package. They send the same stupid email over and over and there is no other way to contact them. Dont order from them, they are NOT a reputable company.

I bought two beautiful quilts and love them both! One had the beach & palm tree theme and the other was for Christmas. Both are so soft & pretty! The shipping took a lot longer than expected especially because I paid extra for faster shipping but it still took a long time. The quilts are really nice and it was worth the wait! I would order again from this company but not pay extra for faster shipping. Really love the quilts!

This is a great product, I bought it as a gift for my (Military) brother & he loves it. It's really warm, very well made, not much more to say except I'm glad I found the sight & bought one. Hopefully I can order myself one soon. Thanks for a great product!

It took forever for me to get it, however when I reached out to them they answered me immediately and I did get the quilt in time for my grand daughter's graduation party I was very pleased with the quality of it and the colors were great
