Mr. Reeve was a great help. Thanks again.Days after receiving wand mechanical mechanics broke. Called and service took care of. Mr. Reeves was very helpful. Had records of my conversations from order over a year ago. Very good service.

Shades ordered for three panels of stacking glass "lanai" doors, and they are beautiful and effective when the sun hits in the afternoon. The ordering process was so easy with the help of your representative Ike. Shades were delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Joel did a great job of getting up and working in sync. I would have given a perfect rating but one panel was not sized correctly and had to be replaced, delaying the full completion of the installation. Though I would give full stars to all the reps and customer service personnel with whom I interacted. The only glitch was in manufacturing.
