The blinds look good and the sizing was correct. However I really dislike the lack of a pull cord to raise and lower them and think it should be offered as an alternative. And the wand to open and close them is only 12" long, which is very inconvenient for the location my window. Finally, the video installation instructions were not relevant to the blinds I received, although the written instructions in the package were and installation itself wasn't difficult.
Easy site to shop on and process a purchase.
Everything came as ordered. There was one blind that suffered a fold in at the top of the blind. I called and the service person took my information and a replacement blind arrived several days after. All in all a very good experience.
Answered most of the questions. 1 bug in the website for single header selection and no easy way to "continue shopping".
I was very happy to order new blind. It was quick and easy. I would order from here again. I had ordered years ago and had blinds with no wand and now I had to get a wand to open the blind. I would much rather have no wand. Not sure why they changed that.
Product is wonderful unfortunately I measured the length 2 inches too short, which disappointed me, but I was able to adjust how high I hung them to accomplish the goal of the vertical blind sitting on the window sill.

We ordered 6 sets of blinds. One set had no hardware. We had to wait about 10 days for it, and then go thru setting up another install appoint. Other than that the whole ordering and install process was 5 star.

I ordered the Roman Shades in Driftwood for my French doors and they are beautiful. The fabric looks expensive and the chain driven operation ensures that they stay where I want them without gradually sliding down lower than where I position them. Installing the chain mechanism was a little tricky at first but after speaking with a customer service rep she explained what I was doing wrong and the rest was easy. I highly recommend these shades not only for the quality product but also because of the friendly, helpful customer service staff.

The process was fairly easy, but in hindsight I would recommend allowing for the additional time needed to be sure that you get a sample of colors. What we ordered and what we received seemed to be different colors.
Very nice look. Installation was a problem. The included screws were too short, they should have been an inch longer, I had to buy longer screws. Included screws were not long enough to catch the stud behind half inch Sheetrock. Snapping the head rail into place took some time and multiple tries to snap the rail into place.
Shopping was very easy. The order can right on time. The gentleman installer was available earlier than originally scheduled and was very fast; and he was very polite and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.
I ordered fabric vertical blinds for our large windows and sliding doors on our Myrtle Beach condo. The Blinds. Com website was easy to navigate and our blinds fit perfectly... this could be because my measurements were so precise though... ha! They fit perfectly. Blackout really blacks out the sunlight. Color is very deep, I'm going to order more for another room. I wanted to see how the battery- operated switch works first. I'm very pleased with this order

Everything went very well from order to install the only thing that might have been better would have been communicating regarding the order. Install was easy and delivered took a bit longer than I thought it would.
I thought the process was a bit confusing, I took a chance on my own measuring skills and following directions. Although I ended up ordering and receiving my shutters an inch and a half off on height I was able to make it work!

Customer service was great! The product arrived with out a hitch. However, the product itself is not as good as I had hoped for the money. The blinds don't all close completely, and the wand is very stiff! But, that is no fault of customer service!

I have had a good experience with Blinds. Com. This time my blinds came back quicker than expected, and I was happy about that. The blinds fit perfectly. The most important thing is that they kept my very first order on record and was able to pull it to see the exact color I ordered the first time so that I could have a perfect match for my second order. That was a bonus, because I could not remember the exact color.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
