Really nice jumper and quick delivery, but sizes come up small and returns to expensive due to shipping costs.
Online chatted with them regarding how fast delivery would be, and they were friendly and helpful. I wondered if they would follow through with what they had said. Low and behold. My ordered arrived way before Christmas, very pleased with everything from start to finish

Horrible delivery. Took two weeks just to have it shipped and don't know if it would have been if i hadn't contacted them. Item was broke when received. Don't even want to deal with them any further. Will chalk this up as bad experience and avoid in the future.

Half my Santa with vag ornaments were broken. They were not boxed. In a plastic mailer so being fragil many broke! I still have not receive a response to my complaints to your support team. I want a refund!

Ornaments were smaller than expected, cheap looking, and I didn't receive them til after Christmas (ordered dec 3rd) which defied the purpose for which I ordered them. I expected better because of favorable reviews I had read.
Ordering was easy and simple and support was prompt when I emailed regarding a delivery that seemed it was taking forever. But it literally made it the day before Christmas snd it was order on December 4th.
The product is much smaller than expected. I thought I was ordering larger ornaments for the tree. Please send directions for a refund.
I was excited to find this online store as the prices are very reasonable and the quality of the items are quite good. I love the items I purchased, but the shipping time was so slow. Given the fact that the price of shipping is quite a bit, I wasn't impressed with that aspect.

I had ordered seven ornaments for my grandkids. Out of the seven five were broken.
So far so good. Let's see how long the shipping takes. I believe that this product was shipped from China and it arrived in 31/2 weeks
Great visual of the product, a bit too good. It looked knitted wool but was a print - feels good and looks good but unfortunately for me not as expected
Very disappointed with how long it took to arrive and then found out it was coming from China. Furthermore it was not even close to the ornament pictured. Paint was chipping and very poorly made.
