I loved my romper. Just waiting to lose weight and it will look even better. I entend to buy another one

I wish It didn't start me over from the top after I've finished looking at an item and want to go back to where I was. Other than that it's great. The clothing are good quality most of the time but sometimes they come very thin and see-through. It's a hit or miss but they are still cute.

I hope the product quality turns out good because the prices for the products is amazing!

Not good, the ornaments were tiny, 1 1/2 in. Pictures and comments on order page show them to be about 4 in. Very disappointed, wanted to use these as gifts.

My Christmas ornaments all arrived in a soft envelope, and 5 of them were broken. Customer service quickly refunded the money ( I did purchase the insurance, I don't know if that made a difference), so it was a bummer followed by good customer service.

I was surprised, first time using company and skeptical. However, the product was exactly what I ordered and despite the delivery time saying it would be 30-40days before deliver it was only 2 1/2 weeks. I will order again.

Ordered 6 ornaments The 3 larger ornaments were all broken. Very dissatisfied. They were big jacked sufficiently to be mailed.

All 4 Santa w/sacks were received broken. Mailing packaging was significantly inadequate to protect items.

Earrings were huge. Alot bigger than I anticipated. The top was poor quality and I was disappointed with fit/look.

Website is a little too busy and there are entirely too many daily emails afterwards (with no option to "unsubscribe", which is illegal and not in compliance with FTC Regulations), but over transaction and experience was very good.

Got some good stuff, prices were ok, quality was ok, what you'd expect from online shopping.

They were delivered only after two weeks, product quality is at best OK. But for the price, it's what I expected.

Product was smaller than expected and took longer to deliver but I understand the Xmas rush.

I ordered the products at the beginning of December and did not receive until after Christmas. I did plan for the holiday shipping delays when ordering.

The wait was long and the clothes don't look the same as online

Saw this advertised on line. My wife liked it so we ordered. Delivered in a timely fashion. Unfortunately it's way too big and you don't offer a smaller size. Contacted the company for return/refund instructions and got nothing but a standard "take our survey" response. I would like to return the item and get my money back.

I ordered 4 2020 ornaments they all had pieces broken off. The packaging was terrible did not protect the ornaments at all.
I tried to contact someone but could never get a place to contact. I have a picture of all the broken ornaments.

Easy ordering, excellent product, well received gift, lack of progress information was the only fault in an otherwise excellent service
