All 3 of the ornaments i ordered & received, were broken. Not 1 of 3 arrived without pieces broken off of them.
Was able to place my order with ease, prices were great clothing are very cute arrived just in time
Took 3 weeks for shipping and delivery that is not acceptable and should have been mentioned at the website. Would definitely not shop in future because of unpredictable shipping experience.
I thought this would be a great keepsake to remember this trying year, however THREE of the FOUR figurines were broken! The ones
That were broken were either missing an arm

I ordered six ornaments, every one of them broken, packaged in a thin plastic mailing envelope with no padding whatsoever. They took weeks to arrive (understandable these days), but response to my issue has been slow at best. I want a refund!

I received my order in the mail on Dec 23,2020 even though I placed my order on Dec 1st and paid the highest shipping cost so as to receive the order in 6 to 8 days. It took 22 days! I will be requesting a refund on the extra price I paid over the standard shipping price.
It was a bit hit and miss wasn't sure how things were going. Information given or asked for isn't very specific
The items are unusual which is why I ordered them, but I thought the postage was very high

Dollar store quality... not as pictured. Should have known better, but my daughter loved it. One less Christmas present this year.

As you read below, I did receive the order but it is not look like what I ordered. Did you run out of the original transparent face mask that only comes an inch or so below the chin and is close to the jawline? The one I received is several inches lower than the chin and far away from the jawline. Looking on your website I definitely see a difference for what you are selling now is the one that I received. I would appreciate the original transparent face mask when you get them back in. I would like to exchange the one that I received for the one that I actually ordered please.
If you could let me know if that one would possibly become available I would appreciate it. If the transparent one is not going to be available I would take the light gray transparent if it is smaller in size than the one that I received.
