I bought the 350 legend.was skeptical at first. But there products are good mine shoots very well. It holds a tight group. If they offer any specials I want to get a 7.62x39 and a 12.7-42 so far I'm loving it

Everyone of my friends including me love BCA the Gen 2 upper assembly is one of the best around never a problem. And very accurate. We shoot long range from 200 yds to over 1000 yds 400 yds shoot 2"x4" metal target's. I also have a few rear charging uppers that also are great shooters. The service you get from the staff is outstanding never a problem orders and parts online and on the phone. Thank you BCA for your fine uppers. Just would like you to bring back the 224 Valkyrie a 243 light weight AR 10

I purchased a 12.7x42 side charging upper in April of 2022. The firing pin broke after 124 rounds.
I emailed Bear Creek to see if it was under warranty or not. I have not heard back, aside from the automated reply.
I called Customer Service, she verified my order number, address etc. Created a packing slip and shipped out a new firing pin.
The new firing pin arrived in about a week. I installed the pin and c was at the range the following day!
It's been working great since then.

Really nice upper, everything looked really nice, well packaged, Assembled gun, bore sighted, field sighted with 2 shots then 3 shots in the center at 100 yrds. Ejection pattern was surprisingly right at 3:30, which in other pistol builds we usually see them to be a little over gassed, but the BCA seems to be spot on with gassing.

I was pretty happy with my upper at first. It groups good with 115 gr, 150 gr, and 220 grain rounds well. However I noticed a sound when the bolt goes home. It turns out one of my feed lips is chiped.
The barrel has about 200 rds, but I felt it should've lasted longer, as a heavy barrel.

After spending well over 1000 in the last year, every single time I open a package from them it's always an issue. Wrong parts, entirely wrong items, or mismatched parts. And I don't have the time or enough hours in the day as a FULL TIME healthcare worker that works a minimum of 12 hours a day on the night shift to constantly have to return items to them, their mistakes are my inconvenience and I'm tired of it. So now I have a bunch of useless parts because they want to send me the wrong bolt, then play the waiting game of shipping parts back and forth just to be able to finish building an Easter gift that I should have had finished before he holiday. Being a veteran owned company means nothing when you're spending hard earned dollars on constant let downs

I've bought 3 uppers from BCA and all 3 are good quality uppers. My 350 legend is a tack driver at 100yards. Quality of the parts are way better than expected for this price point. And so far with 100 or more rounds through my 350 legend, there have been no failures. 10/10 recommend BCA!

I returned a bc scope over a year ago and am still waiting for the credit, can I give 0 stars? Customer service is the worst. Why do I need 100 characters?

I ordered a gun part from bear creek arsenal and Fed Ex told me that it wouldn't be delivered because the part was missing from the box. I can't get any customer service. They don't answer and won't call back. I will not order anything from BCA again!0

Received my upper quickly and was able to track its trip from their place to mine. The upper appears very nice and seems to function as it should. It feels solid and I am excited to get out to give it workout. Quality seems to be very good and well built. Will definitely be looking at others down the road. Already have three other uppers and a BCA 10 lower which are great and very dependable.

Mounted on an Anderson multi-cal lower. I have only put about 110 rounds through it, but it functioned fairly well. I had one steel case failure to eject, none with brass cases. It has the BCA enhanced firing pin and there were no failures to fire the steel cases. I plan to run brass only in the future. I also plan to change out the universal carbine buffer to an H2 buffer in the lower receiver to reduce wear and tear on the BCG.

Very poor experience! Shipped me the wrong part, and taking forever to ship replacement. Lied to me. Slow to respond via email and refused to have a customer service manager call me. Products seem to be well made- review is based on customer service (Or lack thereof).

I took this to the shooting range and it shot fairly smoothly. However, I clean my guns after shooting them and upon examination of the bolt, the bolt carrier key is cracked and damaged beside the Allen heads. Will be contacting customer service to get a replacement.

I purchased a 6.5 Grendel Upper, with side charging handle and also ordered an AR 15 Lower for my 300 Blackout. I'm absolutely amazed at the shooting accuracy of the grendel. And my 300 Blackout is much happier at the range than in the back of the safe. I have my eye on another upper. Probably in the next couple weeks. Own a BCA 350 LEGEND stainless upper. Flawless! Matched my lower with no issues. Accurate with multiple types of ammunition. Taken whitetails with minimal to no tracking required! Affordable to shoot and small shooter friendly.

I fell in love with the.17HMR a couple of years ago when I won a Henry rifle. Every since then I have looked for an AR in this caliber. My son found one at BCA, I immediately bought it. I received it very promptly, put it on an existing lower and WOW! By far the sweetest AR I own. Excellent small game rifle, coyotes hate it. I am currently saving for my second one.

This company helped me out with a defective product that I received. They immediately sent another one over while I shipped the defective one back. I didn't need to argue or anything, after I explained the defect they put an RMA right through. I have since purchased other products with no issue.

We have purchased from BCA three times now and I have no complaints. All firearms have ran just fine. The only issue I have had was an extractor break on my 6.5 grendel and they had me a replacement in my hands within a few days thanks again guys.

I elected to write this after seeing that the few reviews left for Bear Creek Arsenal are mostly negative. I made my first purchase from bear creek arsenal in the summer of 2021. The process was seamless, shipping was fast, and the product was good. The product was good when compared to competitors' products costing twice as much. When considering the price, the product was awesome. I purchased a complete upper and it looks flawless and shoots the same. You cannot expect their products to be equal to barrels and uppers costing 5 times as much, but you have to remember that you can abuse five BCA uppers for the price of one high end upper. I will do business with BCA again. I plan on purchasing another complete upper from them within the next month.
