Bear Creek Arsenal

I ordered this as part of a package deal as a birthday present.
I currently repair M4 simulators for the Army, and the quality off this blows MIL-SPEC away!
Neat, clean, no loose parts, ready to go.
Also, much cheaper than any of the competitors.

Definitely a go-to lower for an AR_15 platform build.

I have recently built two AR pistols chambered in 7.62 X 39 using Bear Creek uppers and they both shoot phenomenally. Great quality and a great price point! I would encourage new customers to purchase Bear Creek products.

On 11/15/23 my FFL ordered me a rifle from BCA. After approximately two weeks without receiving the rifle, they made multiple attempts to telephonically contact their customer service. They will not answer their phones. It is now 12/19/23 still no rifle. If there was miss hap a completed phone call would have resolved the issue. Now I am forced to go to another company. I purchased a upper in December of 2022, couldn't get it to eject without double feeding, or stovepiping. Smashing the next cartridge to load. Sent it back, received a ditto of the first POS I had purchased. I'm on my third one sent back been two weeks. I have heard nothing. Don't buy anything from this business. Very poor product, not reliable.I personally would like a refund. Too purchase better quality product somewhere else.This is only two, can show more!

I purchases a seven inch pistol upper and im having nothing but problems. It won't eject the empty cases. Im not a gun smith and I can only conclude whats wrong. From what I've researched but when buying a product it should be in good condition. Not malfunctioning out of. The box. I need this weapon in good shape because its used for security work and in case of an incident a malfunction could mean life or death for my self or my clients. Hopefully bear creek will resolve fhis. Now I have to pay for return shipping and who knows how long its gonna take to get it back..

My first several upper purchases was the Gen l. Handles worn through the boxes during shipping, reached out to them and they sent me replacements. But after running them the handles are loose. Then the Gen ll replacement program offered@ $99 ea. I bought two. Barrels were extremely over torqued. Standard M4 rear CH uppers ran fine. But l learned to check all hardware... loose gas blocks, cap screws (they will rust) on the hand guards and occasionally castle nut. My last purchase was the. 22 16" upper. Scratched receiver out of the box, FAILD to feed, fire and eject. Sent it back for refund. Upper was going to be a present for a young shooter. 10+ uppers l purchased. The. 22 was the deal breaker for me.

Not impressed got a left handed side charging 7.62 by 39 upper and after 200 rounds my extractor broke like cheap pot metal leaving an empty casing stuck in the berral that I can't get out now hopfully I can get a new Part can't get my money back and don't want a store credit you get what to you pay for and I learned that lesson budget gun with budget parts performing poorly who would have thought never again

BCR backs their products and has Great customer service and support!
My 5.56 gen 2 side charging upper and an 8 1/2 in 1.7 twist barrel keeps tight groups and I couldn't be Happier with my first build.

Customer service is a misnomer. It should be non-customer service because you absolutely cannot talk to anybody on the phone and if you do have a problem impossible to resolve I don't want a guy by the last name of oriole 15 emails yeah I'm creating a label for your missing parts never happened. No spring or buffer plunger in the gun whatsoever and they won't fix it. Best part is I'm a dealer they don't realize how many of their guns I transfer well no more I will refuse their shipments.

I will give them two stars for their warranty and website, however,
Their customer service sucks.

They do not list the length of their rifles in their specs. I had to email them four
Times before I received a half helpful reply to my questions. Under their "contact us"
Is a telephone icon but when you click it, the user gets nothing. In other words, they do
Not wish to hear from you, despite the fact that their rifles sell for close to a grand.

And when I check the local BBB, they had a very sad rating of 1.82, with over 50
Complaints.

If you are looking for a field rifle, go to a supplier whom cares about their customers

It's been 15 days since item ordered. Previously purchased items arrived within 5 days of ordering. They were the "Jimmy johns" of firearms... not anymore... I received an email from customer service stating it takes up to 14 days to ship... lol. What happens on the 15th day, nothing... not even an email initiated by them to tell me that they are running late. Why should I have to contact them to get status? Never more... I wish I could cancel...

I bought a 223 Wylde upper from Bear Creek Arsenal. In my personal opinion you can't find a better upper for the price and quality. I ordered on a Saturday and on Tuesday it was at my house so the shipping time is phenomenal. The upper shot groups smaller than a quarter at 100 yds. With bullets weighing 50 to 55 grains with factory ammo. Hope to try some heavier bullets soon. Now for durability so far so good but only time will tell but
I'm sure they stand by there products. With that being said I highly recommend Bear Creek Arsenal products.

I have purchased complete items as well as complete uppers at very affordable prices. I mean these guys are the lowest priced a AR uppers and complete Works in the Industry. I only had one issue with a bolt carrier group and after an email and a few sent photos I received a brand new entire bolt carrier group in the mail free of charge. I will continue to do business with bear Creek for all my AR needs. They recently came out with a Glock clone pistol but for some stupid reason they priced it at $750! I will continue to get Bear Creek uppers but I'm only going to buy PSA daggers because of that outrageous price point. Ignore their hand guns and focus on their awesome uppers.

The complete upper I received surprised me, not once, not twice, but three times so far. 1st was finding a complete upper for under $400,2nd was how fast it was shipped out to me, 3rd was upon inspection, I figured for the price I would have to file this, and polish that to get it to my expectations. I enjoy building and shooting quality guns, when you take your build to the range and test it out you know within the first 5 rounds if it is a keeper or not. Well without writing a book here lets just say I am waiting on my second purchase of the same Bear Creek upper these uppers rock, purchase one and see for yourself.

I purchased a 6.5 Grendel upper from Bear Creek arsenal have used it twice to sight different scopes 30 rounds and the gun had failure to load issues now the darn thing jammed and will not cycle at all. I have ordered several uppers and lowers, but never again. My calls have never been returned and all calls go message. I have literally lost count of the calls I've placed. Until recently I did not believe what I heard about bear creeks customer service or their lack of.

I was submiting an order and mistakenly click on a different item and once you pay. Cant cancel it take me over 20 calls the whole day to speak with a pretty meaningful person who tell me I need to wait until the order arrives to call and make a return order to send it back on my expenses and being replaced. The item I want is on tbe same price as the one I mistakenly click.

I have two of bca uppers a 7.5 inn 556 and a 16 inch stainless with a 1:8 twist and I got too say from packaging too range bca has it together. There guns equipment uppers lowers has never failed once and shots are true even at 150 yards with my pistol upper. Thanks bca

I bought the 16" 7.62x39 AR-15 upper back in 2020 and it's still going strong! I'd estimate it has at least 2000 rounds of all types through it. Brass, steel, doesn't matter, it eats it all. Runs great and is accurate enough. Is this a sub moa gun? Not with me shooting it but then again 7.62x39 isn't really a sub moa roundn( in most cases). Buy it, you won't regret it.

They don't return calls or emails. No-one answers the phone at their phone number on the website. They tell you something is available take your money then tell you the items isn't available at this time. See the hustle? Now I want my money back no answer... beware not a good choice

I bought the 18 inch 350 Legend upper when it was in stock and I'm very happy with it. I'm a lead bullet shooter so I had to lap the barrel smooth and get the dimensions right, but once I did that this thing shoots great! I replaced the heavy handguard with a Stinger guard, and I really like the side charging action. Hard to beat these for the money. Wild hogs are my primary target for this rifle and so far it's done a great job on them!
