I have purchase a lot of items of Bear Creek never had an issue with customer service, great previous experience. Recently WOW, they do not answer the phone, do not reply to email inquiries, do not reply to internal website emails within the site. Just horrible service, if you forgot to add your 1st responder or Mil/ Veteran discount the response has been about too bad the order is already placed cant help you. Only way for them to make a change to cancel an order is literally to get your credit card or bank to push back on the purchase. Very disappointing been buying from them for years with no problems. I'd say they went from A rating F-.
Bought an upper and magazines to go with it. Magazines are cheaply made out of tin that is so thin it move allowing rounds to pop out. Upper was not loading rounds properly and pin short striking not even contacting primer. Tried to contact company with no success. They won't answer their phone and send a generic response back to any emails. In all, absolutely no customer service at all. Returning purchase and never doing business with this company again. I would rather pay more for a company that has customer service.
I have ordered many products from BCA and have always been happy with the products and very fast delivery. I have never needed to contact customer service until now and I was surprised. As soon as the customer rep answered the phone, her greeting sounded angry or irritated. Before I had a chance to speak, this lady is already mad. So I very politely inquired about my order and got short, nasty replies and could not get any help from this person at all. Great products, rude customer service. One of the main reasons I order from BCA is not only affordable, quality products but swift processing and shipping. I hope this was just one customer rep and it doesnt reflect the overall attitude at BCA towards their customers.

Used to be pretty good, lately they have messed up every order, i just came from gun shop where they ship my stuff and another order messed up, if something dont happen soon they will not stay in business, they owe me one upper and one lower and the way it looks who knows, i thing for sure they wont get recommended by me again.

I purchased a 20" side charge 350 Legend and a lower from Bear Creek. The gun doesn't feed for crap. Tried multiple magazines and 3 different rounds to no avail. I contacted customer service and received a AI induced response, but it's been more than a week and nothing! Wanted this gun for hunting season
Waited the 5 days for the refund still nothing called again and spoke to a diffrent person that told me the claim want submitted after the previous call but was polite and helpful and had me the store credit the next day like bear creek products but the dismissive rude and unhelpful service was uncalled for to customers who what to do repeat business so see how this order goes was screwed out of sale prices previously because of UN prompt return

I like the product but last order waited 14 days for tracking info called and found out was never assembled or shipped so ask for refund of money or in store credit to keep spending money with the company have not received either can not reach customer service by phone or email starting to think money may be better spent elsewhere
I am a new customer and already possess 3 uppers and a couple optics and several magazines, all of which have performed flawlessly.
There are many more products that I will own before long.
I especially love the side charging uppers.
Rear charging is the only thing I don't like on the AR platform.
Place sucks give ur money to a real USA company. Very disappointed in this company. They stop delivering to many states! The country is going down the toilet and now this company is jumping on the wagon. Sure u will out of business soon!

I purchased this as a straight wall cartridge hunting rifle and absolutely love it. I am partial to the AR style rifle for many reasons after 20 years in the military. BCA did not disappoint, this is a quality firearm. I plan on buying more from BCA.
Beautiful. 350 Legend Upper. Very accurate and easy to install on my Radical Firearms's lower. My only criticism is at first every third shot or so would jam for the first 50 shots or so. Luckily the jam were easy to fix, and the problem has since resolved itself. I do wonder why? Otherwise it's a great upper!

I received my Hunt master 30-06 from Bear Creek Arsenal. This is a heavy built gun,rugged and powerful. The bcg is massive and the upper receiver is large and amazingly well done. The 20 inch barrel gives it the potential for fine accuracy and hunting capability. The down fall is weight, this is a heavy gun and built to handle magnum cartridges ( 300 Win Mag.) matched with a good scope it is a beast. Another down side is mags and getting more of them. Hopefully the future will help make them available

I have a.223 Wylde 10.5in,.300 Black Out 10.5in, and a.300 Black Out 16in. I like the heck out of them, especially the Black Outs with the right side charging system. Maybe the way I go from now on. Thanks BCA for great guns.

For the money this barrel shoots sub moa 5 shot groups at 100 yards. Great value as I have shot over 100 rounds using break in procedures recommended by BCA. Bore scope inspections show very consistent lands and groves. Bullets from 130 grain to 190 grain full metal jackets feed nicely and smoothly. Gas port was consistent and smooth, with no burrs. Finish was consistent and evenly applied on the entire barrel. Both ends of the barrel had threads that were easy to use as they were clean, without any issues.
Go ahead and buy it... you won't regret it.

Love going to the John Lentz hunter education range with this rifle but cost of ammo (wife) required me to purchase your 22 LR upper, excellent performance and fast shipment. North Carolina is a great state with lots of awesome ranges. Go Navy beat Army! Oliver Anthony's "Rich Men North of Richmond" says it best. No better home defense system, ref photos. Very nice 7.5" 9mm AR upper. Had a few scratches on the rail and bolt carrier but nothing that hurt anything. 5 company. 4th purchase and it won't be the last. I can say that the lower has taken awhile to ship. Still waiting after 12 days of processing. Other than that this company has never let me down.
I'm happy with the value for the money I paid. All I bought was received in good condition, the last two boxes included custom pieces of foam and a very solid box that could have suffered a 20 foot drop? I think so.
If I were to offer BCA any guidance, it would be to have some lighter weight uppers on the shelf, not everyone wants a heavy barrel.

BCA is unlike the rest, they offer so many different chambering for AR's its incredible. My.22wmr upper is so much fun and I love it. Unfortunately the screw that holds the right side charging handle on sheered off, although this does not affect how I feel about BCA. Stuff happens, as long as they help me fix the issue everything will be all good. 5 stars from me.
First shots with my BCA 20 inch 223 Wylde 1/8 twist side charger W stainless barrel. Failure to feed rounds after first fired using P Mags. Switched to military 20 round mags and problem solved. One failure to eject then it ran like a Swiss watch. Just needs some breaking in. Hardly over 25 rounds fired with different types of ammo and grouping at or slightly over an inch. I was concerned with some of the negative reviews I read but, so far this BCA runs and is just as accurate as my first AR that was much more expensive. Cleaned barrel between 5 round firings.
