Scooter batteries lost power and unable to run for a short half hour trip barely a year after purchase, compared to nearly four years for the previous batteries.
The scooter is not used on a daily basis and I would estimate that the batteries have only had 100-150 cycles.
Because warranty is only 12 month which had just expired Battery Clerk offer no replacement or partial refund.
I figured with the good reviews, it being a Canadian site, and the batteries being much pricier than other sites that I would at least be paying for a good quality battery, but it's practically a dud. ~2 hours battery life on the absolute highest battery saving settings. Complete waste of nearly $200.
I chose a battery for my speaker based on the size suggested on your website. It was too big and I contacted you and asked if I could return it. I never got a reply, so I'm stuck with a battery that's worthless to me.
Website was easy to navigate, I found exactly what I needed at a great price, and completed my ordering without complication. I asked for 2 day delivery and it came early on the second day. I received several emails updating me with order status throughout those two days. I will definitely use batteryclerk.com again.
I needed these batteries for my wife's handicap scooter because we are leaving on a trip in a few days. If I hadn't gotten the batteries when I did, she would have lost out on several things we planned to do.
How this company rates a 4.8 star review is beyond me. If any review site would allow a 0 I would leave one. I've ordered AJC batteries several times thru one of my companies suppliers (Global Industrial) whom in turn buys them from Battery Clerk and are drop shipped. While the AJC battery itself is decent, the packaging and shipping practices of Battery Clerk are despicable. No packaging material most of the time. Batteries laid on their side and stacked, and the box they come in is barely big enough to fit the batteries. No room for cushion of protective packaging material. Most of the contacts on the batteries are pinched or mashed, contact covers have fallen off or missing. I will never buy from them or another source who uses them ever again
I received the battery and it will not hold a charge.
Navigating your website was fairly easy and it arrived at my home exactly when you said it would however the battery I got from you doesn't last nearly as long as the original...I hope it was a new battery and not a used one. I guess I was expecting it to perform the same as the original battery
Took almost 2 months to get here. Nicely packaged as if new. Installed it, charged it but it is already failing. Must be old stock. Disappointing.
Pleasant experience.very easy site to maneuver around. Fed ex on the other hand was a nightmare. It took almost 4 weeks to get the package from Texas to Colorado. But yay I got my order and all is good. Thank you for all your assistance.
I should NOT have to download an app in order to track my package. Other providers do not require this. I will not buy again from them due to this, if I can help it.

I've spent about three hours looking to find some place that had a replacement battery for my verizon jetpack, even verizon couldn't give me the info I needed or where to get the battery. I Ordered a replacement ONT Fios Backup Battery. It arrived within a few days (a day earlier than projected). It looked a little scratched-up to me, but that did not affect the quality. Even with shipping, it is half the price of buying it from Frontier. I am happy with the purchase.
