Happy to accept a return... but i have to return it to Netherlands!?
Their website says it can be returned to a UK address... Have received no reply so i'm very suspicious and feel ripped off.
I saved a couple dollars ordering direct rather than using Amazon and I won't make this mistake again. My package was supposed to go out on 10/18. I even received an email saying it was shipped. I checked a week later via the USPS site and the tracking number they gave me and USPS was still waiting for the package. I emailed that day and it magically was shipped an hour after my email. I called and they said it was USPS's mistake because they called it in and it was never picked up. If I wouldn't have followed up, who knows if I would have ever received it. Again, just use Amazon... Don't order here!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, they won't answer requests about your order and they take forever to ship your order. It has been over a week and they still have not shipped my order. They do not answer your e-mail so can't cancel they don't answer the phone either. Stay away from this site.
Ordered a small tool battery on 4/19 on 4 24 asked for status. No reply. On 4/26 threatened to report them, they replied saying possibly in a week they may mail the battery, maybe. Asked for and am waiting for a refund. Nothing yet.
Ordered recommend batteries by the person on the phone. Well they came worked once then not again. Tried calling customer service said they'd refund me., then 2 minutes after I got off the phone got an email from them and they had changed their mind and would NOT refund me. Then talked to the owner who went on to tell me basically I was a liar and the person on the phone didn't recommend the batteries and then proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. Anyhow avoid these people at all costs and buy elsewhere.
Battery clerk's president promises out standing customer service. I returned a order that was not even looked at for a week.On two occasions I was promised they would look into my return. The second time I requested a status report they promised to call me back by the end of the day. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.
If this is outstanding customer service, I would hate to see poor customer service.
One of my worst internet experiences. I bought a battery for my golf trolly and I was quite pleased with the price. The battery arrived on time but damaged, one post was sticking through the box and had been bent at 45 degrees. I immediately called Battery Clerk and was assured it would not hurt performance... the battery performed for less than two months... they usually last two to three years. Called Battery Clerk and was told that it was under warranty... just ship it back to them ($50 +) and then they would ship me a new one but I would have to pay shipping back. So for $100.00+ I would get a new two month battery that I paid $69.00 for. DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, POOR PRODUCT AND A SHAM WARRANTY.
Ordered a replacement Battery for my APC Back-Ups ES350 (something I've done before through another business and had no issues). Was sent the wrong battery. I sent it back (without a RO - which they would not provide), and have yet to be reimbursed for the purchase price, shipping OR return shipping… Nor have I received the correct replacement. This company doesn't care what happens after the sale...
True and accurate story:
They sent me the wrong batteries. Wouldn't discuss a return/refund until I sent them back (shipping cost to me). Once they received the batteries back, they decided they wouldn't take them back under any circumstance. Furthermore, if I wanted the batteries back (of course I did) I had to pay for shipping again. I began to file a complaint with BBB and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs but gave them an opportunity to do right by me prior to me filing the complaints. I haven't heard from them since after several phone calls, emails and messages. As of today, they have $133 of my money and the product I paid for.
Ordered a battery and never heard anything. Email battery clerk and they stated they shipped the battery and would email me the shipping information that afternoon (lie). Never heard anything further or received battery. Emailed battery clerk again and ignored my emails. Disputed transaction with Paypal. Horrible seller! Stay away!
I had a terrible experience with this company. They took my money immediately after placing an order. Three weeks later after several phone & online conversations (all instituted by me), they claim the batteries were shipped today (although the tracking number they gave is not recognized by the shipper (Fedex). In talking to all levels in this company (including the owner), I was told that the only problem was the way I placed the order. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company!
Worst experience I've had buying a battery for my UPS. They "claim" we ship same day. My shipping address is 5 miles from their office and took them 6 days to ship the item. Horrible customer service. Only replied to my email after i disputed charge with paypal. NEVER AGAIN
I would not use Battery Clerk again. I ordered a battery for my Tri-Square radios. The battery didn't work at all. I sent it back to Battery Clerk (at my own expense). They assured me that the battery they sent would work in the Tri-Square radio. They sent me another battery and I had the same result. The battery didn't work at all. Then when I asked to get a refund they wouldn't respond to my phone calls or emails. They obviously don't stand behind their defective product.
If there was a zero stars rating, I would have clicked on that! Horrible service! Will never buy from here again! Not only did they not expedite my shipment, which cost me an extra $13.00, the product was not satisfactory so they charged me a 15% restocking fee! What a joke! My compnay will be shopping somewhere else!
We all know apple just wants us to buy new ipods when the battery dies on the old one as apple won't sell you a battery for your ipod. Just go to this site and boom, new ipod again. I can't afford to keep getting new ipods and they all do the same thing just smaller anyways. Save your old ipod and just pop in a new battery.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
