Bigtime Battery

Ordered a ATV battery from info on website search. Was sent the wrong battery for the ATV but according to the info on the site it was correct. When trying to return the battery I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping it back even though their site had the wrong information. Horrible company

I ordered a speaker mike to fit my work radio (Motorola) and I didn't want to spend over a hundred dollars for it. My employer only gives this item to their supervisors and managers, and not to line employees such as myself. I found the Bigtime Battery site online and decided to give them a try. I put in my order at 10 AM on Friday and the item was in my mailbox (I live in Connecticut) at 12 noon on Monday. I was thrilled to get it that fast. It is now 2 weeks later and it's working great. Just as advertised. I'm totally happy with the product and your company, and I will order from you again.

This is my second time purchasing a Banshee from Big Time Battery. The other one lasted just over 3 years which is excellent for my atv. Normally lucky to get 2 years. Unfortunately I actually bought the wrong one this, totally my fault, going to try and modify my battery holder to see if it can be used. If not called customer service and they were great but unfortunately they don't pay for returns you have to. Which I can live with. I think even if you have to do a warranty claim the same issue with returns would apply. I still would recommend this company to do your business with!

Very quick delivery. Batteries are as they are described.

My optima battery arrived dead and would not hold a charge. Reaching out to BigTimeBattery.com for a return was a nightmare. Shannon and the other lady that answered were extremely rude and not apologetic or helpful with the return process. They are clearly not testing their batteries out before they ship them. They have a 1 star rating on the Better Business Bureau, STAY AWAY!

My Optima battery gradually grew weaker and weaker so it now cant start the car after sitting over night without being on a battery tender. My car dealer checked out the car and determined the battery needs replacement. Still under the 3 year warranty, I contacted Bigtime Battery and they had me ship the battery to them. My shipping cost was $62. Three weeks later they told me the battery works fine. Yes, it can start the car but only if I keep the battery on a charger. They returned this useless battery to me. I have now bought an Interstate battery with no problems. They are NOT an authorized Optima dealer.

Please shop somewhere else unless you do not value your time or money.

I purchased three scooter batteries from Battery Jack Inc., two did not fit and one was a leaker.

I used the sites pull down menu to order the batteries.

Per their site and in the documentation received with the batteries their number one goal is customer satisfaction (it is not, by the way).

I was told the pull down menu may not be accurate and the only way they could ensure that I ordered correctly was by talking to a salesperson ( this along is a scary thought in today's e-commerce world).

They still owe me $47.01 and I have written dozens of emails that only replied to with misstatements and half-truths.

Please, I beg you... take your business somewhere else!
