While the face of the connection leads are flush with the side of the battery on the Harley Davidson brand battery. This battery has the face of the connection leads recessed 1/4". Thus you have to dramatically bend and modify the seemingly short main positive lead end to account for the lack of a proper fit. My work around was a series of stacked washers and buying longer bolts to make the electrical connections work. Not happy, but need the battery.

I was very disappointed with the website and customer service in the handle of my battery order. I went to their website, search for my year, make, and model. They gave me a list to choose from, I chose and took a Screenshot of it. The customer service rep still stated is was my fault and would not send me a return slip or refund me the full amount do to their mistake. I will never buy from this company again. I rather paid top dollars to an insured item so, when problems like these arise. They take care of the customer not themselves. GOODLUCK!

I was looking for a battery when I came across batteryclerk, which had my battery in stock and at the best price across the board. Ordering was quick and simple. Ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday. I was also able to track the order which was convenient. Would highly recommend.

Title says it all would buy again and this will be the first look when I'm buying batteries in the future

Thank you for sending me the battery I ordered for my motorcycle quickly! However, it was not charged even though it indicated on the box that it was. Did I receive an old battery?

Nonetheless, I was able to charge it and my motorcycle is running well!

I ordered a replacement batter for my 2011T Triumph Speedmaster I found the replacement on their website which covered a range of years for the Speedmaster. They sent the wrong battery. I sent an email asking how to exchange/refund the battery. Needless to say I was given the total run around. Ivy was the contact asked me to send photos of the replacement batter and my battery along with details of the batteries. Not once did Ivy ask for my invoice number or referenced the invoice. I was clearly receiving the run around and emails went back and forth and at no time was I offered to return it. This behavior was disgraceful and in no way would I ever suggest using this company. I suggested that they update their website and that wasn't even acknowledged. They are a Canadian company which really disappoints me. Stay away from these guys and buy a replacement battery from a company that knows how to properly run a company.

I ordered a Milwaukee 28V replacement battery last week, I paid for it, received an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation. Then yesterday, they sent me a message saying that they refunded my order. When I inquired as to what was happening, they told me that the price had changed and that they were not going to respect the order! What kind of crap policy is that? This is one battery I ordered, not a pallet full.

On march 10th we ordered 2 replacement batteries for our jumper packs. Shipping was late by 2 days. Only received ONE battery in a damaged package! When I reported it the ticket got closed saying order was delivered! The box wasn't even big enough to fit 2 batteries in! Meaning, this was INTENTIONAL on the companies part! I don't know who got a battery at my expense but it is absolutely bull! We will not be using this company again!

When you order a replacement battery is because you urgently need it. Unfortunately the company does not seem to understand this fact. Customers should not be agonizing waiting a reasonable delivery. I do need recommend this company. You have to improve your delivery system. Sorry.

We ordered four APC Smart-UPS SUA2200 12V 18Ah UPS Replacement Batteries. We received three. When we contacted the vendor, they basically said it was not their problem. The issue can definitely be traced back to the shoddy product packaging. The batteries are very heavy, but are packaged in a thin box. Company's product is okay. Just don't expect any meaningful assistance if there is a problem.

Will never deal with this company again. Took many reminders to obtain a refund and then only received half the amount due to so called tax to put the item back on their shelves!

Fully charged these new batteries that I ordered from Battery Clerk, plugged them into my APC UPS unit, run self test and it has FAILED. Charged them again just to make sure, run self test again and it has failed. I pulled these batteryclerk batteries out and start testing them one by one, yes they do show 13 something volts but when put under load they would drain fast. Compared to my old batteries from the same APC unit, older batteries run 2wise as long as these new one, wow! These are 2.5 Ah MAX, even though they are rated as 5Ah. I tested/drain these batteries with a 50W car light bulb and timed each, it took twise as long to drain older batteries to 11V, then these new ones from batteryclerk, older batteries outlasted new ones, WTF. I have weighted batteryclerk batteries and compared the weight to other similar type batteries, I found that batteryclerk batteries were lighter in weight, at least a pound lighter.
Horrible quality from batteryclerk, stay away.
