Ordering was a breeze and received it fairly quickly. Love the designs but sadly have to return them, their a little too small and are made with poor grade fabric. I will order for fall to see if they might be heavier fabric.
It has taken three emails to get information on return. I have followed directions and returned items at my cost. Waiting on credit.
So far, I can't recommend company until I can see them honor their advertising.
Trying to obtain an address to return items that didn't work for me. So far have been offered lots of options that I'm not interested in, but no address to return them and get a refund. Hesitant on ordering from this site again...
First time shopper. I liked the quality of the clothing but the fit was seriously off. Not only too small but very high arm holes for what should be loose-fitting warm weather garments. I would consider purchasing again with this caveat in mind.
Orders are VERY slow for delivery. Clothes are cheap labor made and I kept only 2 pieces, gave the rest away. I will never order from a company like this without extensive review and research. Buy USA.
I'm really surprised by the negative reviews, I ordered loose summer pants, the delivery was fast, good quality material, I'm very happy, don't take everything you read as true.

Photos look much better than the quality of the garments. Poor quality flimsy fabric. Customer service was terrible. Emailed back and forth for weeks asking for a refund. Finally accepted a gift card to the site for a portion of my order. Big mistake. Still terrible garments but a couple tops I can wear around the house when cleaning or gardening. All the rest were donated to the Mission Store. Not sure anyone will want them. They will probably end up being trashed. Easy Returns should be removed from the site!

Terrible. When I alerted you of non delivery, you took your sweet time responding to let me know you would look into it. Again, this is a third contact on my part and still no clothes nor any return of my $100+ payment.
The item I ordered was nothing like what was pictured. Cheap material and unattractive. The return policy is ridiculous. The company offers a percentage refund and "lets" you keep the item because they surely know most people won't jump through all those hoops. Plus a hefty shipping charge for delivery and pay your own shipping to return.
I will never order from them again and will share my feelings on social media.
Item was delivered quickly, but is very poor quality, not worth the money. Tried to return, received multiple emails offering a partial refund if I kept the item. Shady biz here, don't waste your time or money.
Easy peasy lemon squeeze ordering process!
It's been awful. The outfit is too tight and we've tried multiple times requesting a return form the day after receiving the item so we can ship it back but you've ignore our request. Even your email address online shoots back as not working try again. I've ordered many things online and this company is the worse in sending us the return forms. Will not be ordering again from this company. I just lost money which should not have happened.
I didn't hear from this company so after two plus weeks sent asked where my order was. It came a few days later and their reply came after it was delivered. I should have known the quality would be poor because of the low price. Items really don't look like the pictures--colors not vibrant at all.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't try to return an item they will only give you the tuna around respond after 5 to 7 business days and then keep asking for information until they finally say oh yes we have the returned items and now still waiting for my refund
It's impossible to pick every item to be a perfect fit, so there will always be returns. Items sometimes appear different than they look online also. The return process is difficult, so I won't be ordering anything from this company again.
They work on back and forth apologetic emails offering various discounts...but no return address. Keep saying postage would be too high so better you accept whatever discount they offer. Hang in there as discount increases, although with postage costs paid you lose!
I won't place another order. Should have studied the return policy. Would only give me 30% of my money back and I have to send it back paying the postage myself. Not even going to bother. Either throw in the garbage or good will. Tried to give it away but no luck. Material very thin.

These are not high quality fabrics, rather thin. And may be made for someone smaller than me in the hips. I ordered my normal size, and sometimes a size up, but still found them slim at the waist. Came in packaging with no directions on returns or questions. Don't have time to hunt down this information. Not convenient. This site was new to me and I should have thought of that on ordering.
I bought 3 dresses and they all fit fine but the pictures online are so hard to see with only one view so it is difficult to make choices. The white long sleeve dress looks like a nightgown not a dress to wear out.
This company advertises a 30-day return policy but there is no information about how to return on their website, no packing list included with the items, and they have not responded to numerous emails, but they require approval before you can send in returns. Worst online ordering experience I have ever had.
All products fit and look as advertised. Because they arrived late I was unable to take them on my winter vacation! Consequently, I won't be wearing them until the snow melts here so I cannot give a thorough review on ongoing upkeep. (washing and wearing)
