They over promise and under deliver! They promise fast delivery! It took 3.5 weeks to get my order! The tracking info was never updated! I sent 2 emails inquiring about my order! Never got a reply. They claim the sizes are correct! They are not and the material is terrible. I have to return my order and put in another email of why I want a full refund. Then their customer service team will decide if it's a valid reason to send a refund! So basically I'll not get my money back terrible company that should be put out of business!
The clothes seem to be of fairly good quality for the price, but sizing does not match the guides! Everything runs small. If you try to return or exchange sizes, they make it more than difficult to do so! They will not give a return address and if they end up providing that (after many communications), you return at your own expense and they will not guarantee a full refund! They offered $5 to keep the item!
Way too much time spent trying to negotiate a return/ exchange over email, with no satisfaction! Will never order from them again!
All arrived as ordered. I ordered my usual size but these are all cut very small compared to other stores. I had to send them all back, which cost me a fortune! Plus the refund subtracted their shipping costs to deliver the items. This is one of those Chinese rip offs that sell cheap goods under numerous different names. Do not ever order from any of them! I learned my lesson the hard way.
It has been months and my order of $200 still not received, nor money refunded. The order was placed in July 2022. I have attempted to contact through their website and e-mailed directly with no response. Can't speak for the quality of clothing as it still has not arrived.
Horrible experience. I ordered sizes that were larger then I wear and they were still too small... by several sizes. The material was cheap and poorly made. They didn't charge for shipping but returning items was a nightmare and cost me $33... I had to have approval to return items and they were reluctant and wanted me to send photo of body type... absolutely NOT. It took several emails to get return approval. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and don't order from them!
Items are not even remotely as pictured. Very low quality. It has taken seven emails to the company for a full return on all items. They will not provide an address. Keep offering a discount. Absolutely fraudulent! 😢
I placed my order on 3/4/24….I expected to get my order in time for 4/1/24. Today is 3/26/24 and it has just shipped, minus 1 item. And I cancelled that one. When the other 2 arrive, I'm sending them back….sorry
I ordered a few tops, a dress and pants from this company. Sub par materials were used and although they look good online they looked awful when I received them. In addition, they would not accept a return after 30 days. That might be standard but high quality companies are generous with the time frame….not even store credit was offered. Beware!
Ordered three items and only two items have been received. Quality of clothing is very cheap and shrunk after hand washing In cold water and line dried. Sent email to customer service regarding missing item and have had no reply. Will not order from this vendor again!
Product is nothing like the photos on the website. Poor quality fabric, different pattern to what is shown in pictures, overpriced and generally substandard. No options to return items for a refund within the parcel delivered. No notification my delivery was on its way. I will never order from this seller again.

Maybe that should be more available for viewing. Now that I've received the products, I'm disappointed in how thin the fabrics are and moreover that the XL size didn't fit well. After reading several bad reviews of the return policy, I won't bother but won't buy from this online company again.

Took three rounds of emails to return. Offered to let me keep it for 30% then 50% refund. Or return for full credit towards another purchase from them. Like I'd buy their junk again.
I ordered 2 blouses and one dress from super looking photos. They do not fit according to their charts and made of cheap umbrella fabric. I sent them back the next day after having to get a proper tracking number. Got a confirmation that they had received it but it might take up to a month to return my money if I ever receive it. Facebook should deal with these people before they scam everyone else because they will just change their name and scam again.
This dress was too tight in the shoulders, although according to the size chart, the small should have fit. I have had good responses from customer service and have chosen to receive a partial refund rather than pay for return shipping.
This website's return policy is that you must email them to get directions for doing returns. I've waited 3 business days for a reply and still have no instructions. Some of my items did not fit and I was disappointed with the quality of one of the items. All items are made in China and do not look just like the photos. I'm disappointed with the lack of response from this company.
Service of the two items sent was ok but sizing way out.
The dress that never arrived has not been refunded that's really bad and I will never recommend or buy from them again. Buyers beware is all I can say
FRAUD. Won't take returns. Spent 2 weeks arguing with them via email. The "best" deal I could finally make with them was a $7 credit for a $40 dress. Their clothing is decent, but sizing is frequently wrong. Customer service will drive you **mad**! Not sending any more $ to dishonest China company.
Almost every item i got was too small even when i ordered 2 or 3 sizes larger than i typically wear. For this reason i won't reorder from them, which is unfortunate because they have really cute things.
Also no instruction on how to return items.
Once they have your money, no communication unless you instigate it. Was offered a refund for the green top, but still not happened. Won't use or recommend. The wonderful reviews I read I suspect were false.
Nothing fitted even though I ordered as per their size charts. Not good quality. Returns have to go to the US at your expense. Ended up getting refund for half the amount I paid which was all the items were worth anyway. Customer Service did reply quickly offering me a credit in lieu of returning goods. I would never order from them again.
