I ordered from ASOS last month 29 April 2021 and until now I haven't receive my order. Worst, I don't even know how to communicate or contact their customer service. No email address, I tried to contact through my account online chat but they are unreachable plus I even sent messages on their IG account and nobody even care to respond. I am so disappointed also as I cannot even track my order from the given tracking details.
WHAT HAPPENED TO ASOS? And what is annoying they even sent me an e-mail to review the products I ordered which I did not receive at all. Gosh! Seriously!

I paid for a fairly large order shipping to Canada. Most of the items are fine (warning: check their site's size guides -- UK sizes are smaller than Canadian dress sizes) but included was a pair of ugly fake vinyl Birkenstocks in lieu of a completely different pair of sandals I'd ordered. Checked online and I have to pay them $28 as a "return fee". Buying internationally is always a risk re duties/brokerage (I paid $59 in duty), but when the retailer does not offer free returns/exchanges on top of that, it simply is NOT WORTH IT. I will never order from Asos again.
Contacted asos customer service and was offered zero help. They would not contact the courier to resolve, I eventually had to cancel the order and now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from asos! Was a regular customer, but now I will never buy from asos again!

I've previously ordered a couple of times, most likely the quality of the products was super bad but i could keep one or two items out of my order. Since most of my friends made horrible experiences either through bad service or horrible quality of their products and told me about it, I was a bit hesitant if I should order again. But bc of an upcoming event I decided to give it one last shot. Well, I've paid 10€ for EXPRESS SHIPPING and was hopeful, that I would like the ordered items. Of course the delivery wasn't delivered on the day they've promised it would (latest). The day after no signs of the parcel. Now its been over a week. I've been in contact with their CS over Chat and NO ONE ist able to help. No chance of cancelation, no discount on a new order, to deliver what I've ordered. NOTHING. Only the same answer every day I need to wait another day and contact them again! WHY. Thats NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. How on earth are they expecting people to come back to this $#*!. I don't have the time nor intention of spending 30 mins per day to tell them that the parcel is still not here. Obv the Parcel must have gone lost, the solution would be to send out the same order and get it to where I've ordered it to, but NO CHANCE. I will never never never again place an order on their website and would def not recommend it to anyone else.
They send wrong items( I received a tee of wrong size), but never want to pay for their mistakes and customers have to pay for their returns by post(what's the point if my tee was 12 pounds?). Very poor customer service, unhelpful managers and total disaster with size guide, so that you receive clothes that fit an elephant. So, it is high risk to buy from asos.
Never received my order, contacted customer service, I was told my order was cancelled. However, the order status still shows 'WE'VE SENT IT'. If I didn't contact customer service, I wouldn't even know my order was cancelled! No communication regarding the cancelation at all! Still not getting my refund! Tracking doesn't even show the parcel was picked up from ASOS. Customer service couldn't answer why it happened but cannot resend my order! So disappointed!
Last 14 order I had or still having issue for 7 of them.
3 of them were "unsuccessful order"
1 of them was "wrong item received"
1 of them was "damaged" because detergent sample was opened in the package

I've been fan of ASOS for 6-7 years. I even have primer membership however this is unacceptable situation. I do not know what is wrong with this company these days. Maybe they fired right people and hired wrong ones.
I'm very disappointed but I'm giving up since it's a UK company. They always have the worst operation system and customer service. I do online shopping a lot but this company became the worst one from my experiences. I never had any issues like this from any other company/country.
Just be aware. You only have 50% chance to get your order and they try to make excuse to not refund. I needed to contact to my bank to open cases as fraud several times, they refunded immediately. They know what they're doing. If you get any issues from this thief, just contact to your bank and it will solve everything since customer service people do not do anything for you or help you.
If you order through this site outside the US be prepared to pay an additional 55% of what u payed for you order in additional postal fees. Absolutely outrageous! I payed $112 on an order that was $205.
I was wary about ordering here after reading the reviews however everything went well. The items are of good quality. The delivery took a week longer than initially estimated but the customer service was great and explained the cause of the delay and the date of arrival. Overall a good experience.

They will not give you your money back for packages lost in delivery. They'll spin it on you, claim that they'll investigate and hold up a refund for weeks. Constantly say, "please allow more time for delivery" (mind you-I've sent over 25 emails and months have passed-no phone # btw) until you finally give up and let them keep the money. If you buy something at ASOS, it's a huge risk as you'll likely lose your money. I'm not the only person. Check the other reviews.
Ordered clothing a month ago and it never arrived. They kept telling me it was coming and it never even left their warehouse. They eventually sent a re-order (which has yet to arrive) and one of the items was out of stock and they offered no compensation.
They have no number to call and no e-mail address, so communication is impossible.

Super non-customer-oriented service. I indicated 2 different addresses, sent in one parcel to 1 address, which is why I had to pay 20% tax. The support refused to compensate for this, although it is their fault. After exhausted nerves, they offered a 10 percent discount, although they could have done it right away. I have an account with ASOS with my details and address. My previous order I ordered to my new address, from memory I chose to change it to that address, as I don't live at the previous. Made an order tonight and within a minute of pressing order and paying I realised it was getting sent to my old address. I got in contact with customer care 13 minutes after pressing order asking them to change the address, to which they replied "no their hands are tied". Unbelievable. The order label was most likely not printed, nor any of the product taken from the shelves. Especially if I had already entered my address to my new address!
Not worth the drama, now I have to organise to pick up from my old post office and drive out of town to recieve. A company saying there is absolutely nothing rhey can do 13 MINUTES after that order was made. Honestly it is a simple switch of the address that are ALREADY IN MY ADDRESS BOOK OF THE ACCOUNT!

Substituted leather footwear, described on website, for cheap faux-leather fake and ugly copy (not on website) and one size smaller. The are worth, at best, half the paid price. Horrendous cost to return and they know this very well. Absolutely dishonest business. This was the last time for me. With the current amount of bad reviews, they will undoubtedly soon go out of business. Don't get sucked in at helping them to clear their junk.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
