I received two notifications the following day, the first saying my delivery would be between 12-2pm and then between 11-1pm. The two notifications were the only thing I received that day. I have spent two days communicating with their so called customer service. My first attempt their representative ended the char with no resolution. The second, gave no answers, telling me I have to wait another 48 hours. Even having explained my item was for an event in 3 days time. No reaction from them Shambolic! Having looked at other reviews, there seems to be a common theme.
I really wanted to give them a 5/5 but I don't understand why shipping takes so long. It took over a month to receive my order which only had 2 items. I was honestly very disappointed. If you want express shipping then you have to pay an additional $30! Which is wayyy too expensive in my opinion. I hope this is something they can fix cause I do love their clothes.
Despite the shipping, the clothes I purchased look amazing and just like the photos. The quality is also A+ and I'm very happy with the way everything looks. The Find My Size option on their website is really helpful when deciding on what jeans size I need and the jeans fit amazing.
It took them THREE months to email saying they received my return and another month until they said the refund would be processed AS A CREDIT because it took them longer than a month to receive the return. I paid 30 in duties on a 90 order and then 30 to return the entire order. So I spend $150 dollars and they wanted to give me an ASOS credit. No thanks, I won't be shopping with your company again. I finally got a hold of someone on chat and they said they can't do anything and they have to submit a request to another department. After a week I did not hear back so I went to chat again and the lady said it would take another week at least. It's ridiculous and their products are NOT worth it, terrible quality brands and you get hit with a ton of duties.
I purchased a few clothes from this site, and the site claimed shipping was free. I was not charged customs but was charged a COD shipping cost - cash on delivery - I. E. the company did not pay and left the charges to me when I got the item. I tried to contact the company but was told "it wasn't us - talk to the post office". Seriously?

They lost my packges and took them more than 3 months to refund me! Sadly they still havent refunded me for my order. I had to call them 6 times and they kept pushing away the problem cause they didnt want to solve it. Im getting fed uo and want my money back! I placed an order on July 1st, paid for premium next day shipping, and received a message that my order would arrive July 2nd.
On July 2nd, I contacted ASOS before my order shipped and said "Cancel my order." The order hadn't shipped. I was told someone would follow up. No one followed up. My order came July 7th! Five days after the shipping I paid extra to receive.
This is a scam! They just want your money.
There are hidden custom fees attached to your order and this is quite hidden from the customer.
I find it extremely questionable that this information is not mentioned before placing the order.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I had read some of these reviews before making my own purchase. If you ship to Canada, they will charge you a hefty fee when receiving the package. My order was $78 and was charged $20 fees, even though it was 'free shipping'. All I was told was that it was out of their control. The worse thing is that the website clearly states that they cover custom/duty fees if your order is under $150.

The link above states that you would have to pay duties if your order is above $150 (which mine was not), and that you'd have to pay an admin fee of $10.75 with Canada Post which I ended up having to pay $20.93. Seriously. Shady tactics. Definitely do not recommend.
First, the item was late for 1 week and charged me for custom fee plus i paid for return postal fee but it took 2 months for refund... if i forgot my return they will never care... i will never shop again to Asos!
When purchasing on the site they do not disclose custom fees until you go to the post office to pick it up.

I have never ordered from a company like this. They have no contact. I am waiting for refunds and have nowhere to ask some info, don't even know if the items arrived back to them. It is utterly impossible to speak or write to anyone. They have a chat online which keeps you waiting for ages and no one ever answers. Terrible, will never order from them again.
I contacted ASOS about my package being shipped to the wrong address the second I received the email that my product was being shipped. I went through fedex before I ever contacted ASOS since they were in charge of shipping. Due to the secure shipping method ASOS chose, I was told by fedex to contact the shipper and that they in fact could change the delivery. After sending an email to ASOS and getting an automated response I already knew they didn't care and weren't going to do anything about it, but I went ahead and tried anyways. I managed to find a live chat for assistance where I talked to an ASOS employee named John. He seemed as though he was going to be helpful and get things squared away only to send me an email later that looked like it was meant to be sent to another employee at ASOS telling me to change the address of the delivery and update him. How was I supposed to do this you ask? I have no idea since I had no control over the shipping. My product was in fact delivered to the wrong address over two hours away from where I tried to change the address to and left at the door. Mind you I had the correct address on my Apple Pay which every other place I've ever ordered from online uses. I was also never given a chance to see the address it was being shipped to until it was shipped. This time frame put it outside of the window to cancel my order and replace it.
The take away, by absolutely no means can you count on their customer care. They do not care about their customers, they just want their money.
Update: ASOS still refused to help even after explaining my situation. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go check for my order which was delivered more than two hours away, before I could request a refund. I explained it's going to be more expensive in gas to go check for an order that's probably no longer there, than the order cost in the first place. The lady I was dealing with, Lea just kept apologizing, but doing nothing about the situation. She told me I had to check if my package was there before I could request a refund. "I then said it's not there what's the next step?" Implying I wanted a refund. I also explained it had been delivered hours ago and these so called customer care workers literally ended the chat while I was asking for help.
Take Away: support literally any other business. These customer care employees do not deserve the pay the are receiving for the little effort it takes to be decent to a customer that has been screwed over since they refuse to do their jobs and take care of the customers. It's pretty disgusting to see.

First, the certificates were sent by mistake, then they were canceled, then the money should have come to the card, but it never came, all the deadlines were out. I contacted the bank's support, they said that the refund was not received.

I have used ASOS on a number of occasions because they carry some good brands and they offer tall clothing, which can be difficult to find for women. However, their customer service is absolutely awful. I've had to use their chat boxes twice now and they are not helpful, and their service reps keep disconnecting during the time they investigate the issue. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be shopping there any more.
Asos uk delivers parcels 2weeks after payment, that means you recieve your paid items 3weeks after ordering. Asos uk client services think that is normal.
Absolute Bull$#*!! I've order my clothes and it is now over a week late and they've told me 3 times now to keep waiting and waiting. After 3 times chatting with them I try asking for a refund. They tell me I can't get it and have to wait 2 more days AGAIN. Mind you my tracking again hadn't changed for 5 days this time. I had started an initial investigation, which they did not even go through with, then again without them telling me that they had not even processed the first one. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
