Never can use promo code they promise to send, when I asked about it they promise to contact my email, but never get back answer in email since 2 months, and today is second time I have bad experience with them! I make order yesterday, everything were ok at first, today I checked my order as they said it will be delivered by 03/03 and guess what I check? They write me that unsuccessful and they cannot process my orders, on my question what was wrong? They said it technical and cannot explain why, what about my money? They hold them for 10 days! But why? No real answer! Don't use them, if you don't need the same problems and loose your money! Have a good day and thank you for your time.
I have 2 pairs of Brave Soul boardshorts purchased through Asos, and both have had the elastics break down. I have plenty of other board shorts that last 10 years, these lasted just over a year.
Joined their Premier ( Next Day) Delivery Promotion ( cost just under a tenner) and two days on they still gaven't processed the "NextDay Delivery" they were promoting

I really don't know how this company exists in a competitive market. All the items I bought looked like a cheap replica of the brand they represented and in addition I was severely abused by the head of the customer's service in the UK while I was pregnant.
This woman called Ravinder came to my beauty salon asking for a haircut and when our team tried their best to do their job she said it was nice but didn't fit her concept. After that she grabbed a bunch of our products claiming that she needed to be compensated. She started to severely insult me and my team and asked her boyfriend to come in and have a fight with us so that she can get the compensation. She explicitly told us that she was in the head office of ASOS and that we will be sorry for not giving her the products she requested for free.
We had to call the police and after examining the case it turned out that this was the 5th beauty salon she did a scene!
I wrote to ASOS and provided the footage of the abuse but all I got was a vague response and no responsibility taken whatsoever! They did confirm that she was working there though!
I permanently stopped shopping from there as when this is the attitude towards your customers then what can be worse?!
I do hope this company dies out in the future as they don't deserve any respect or customers!

Terrible experience. My order was delayed, not delivered to my house and went to the post office instead and i was forced to pay over a $100 in custom fees that were hidden. Plus, they dont have free returns, the quality of the clothes i received was terrible and the fit and sizing info on the website is completely wrong. Just wasted over $500 on this $#*!ty company.
Ordered shoes from this company. Bizarrely, I was not contacted by post office when they arrived and they were returned. I was promised a refund. Nothing, I contacted them again and was promised a refund on a specific date. Nothing. Money is gone. Do NOT use this company. Impossible to contact and your money is gone.
On their website stating if product under Cad$150, you don't have to pay import tax but I am being charged $76cad for $115 goods. And now they ask me to pay for it and then return the goods but they will not refund me the tax charges. If I can, I will give NO star for this company

Ordered a pair of shoes for christmas last year as a present for my partner (ordered them at the beginning of november with express post which gave plenty of time for them to arrive). It is now february and i have still not yet received them. I have been in contact with ASOS numerous times over the past few months and i just keep being given to so many different people. Also the old excuse we will get back to you, yeah another 3-4 weeks later and i finally get an email due to me chasing them down. Paypal has given me my money back, since then i have contacted ASOS to get the same shoes at the same price as they were on sale at the time. Least they could do would be to match the price for their stuff up and consistent lack of customer service. Oh yeah, that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing! Absolute disgusting customer service! I will never use them ever again nor will anyone i know

I returned items using asos instructions (received link), this does not generate a trackingnumber. Have Been waiting two months for the refund, which i Will not receive without a trackingnumber.
I find it hard to believe that a package that i received in less than a week from ordering, should take over two months to return to them. Even without a trackingnumber, the packages should still be processed upon return to them.
My impression is they keep the items and the Money as long as you cannot provide a trackingnumber. Who knew that receipts from your local postoffice is not proof of payments/shipment?

I have ordered some jacket from asos and they send me another one. I'm writing now them and they tald me I have to pay some extra money to return this jacket and to get back my money(only jacket price). I ordered clothes my account shows delivered on the 4th of January 22 and as at today February 10,22. I have not received the clothes. All efforts to communicate don't work, I tried chat I noticed they constantly blocked or cut me off, I went through head office they said only means of communicate is online chat. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
