I was skeptical at first because it seemed too easy but the order was processed quickly and everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. The couch came much fast than I thought it was going to which was a nice surprise. Will buy from this company again for other household items.

Entertainment cabinet was beautiful but disappointing due to a quarter sized chip in the right front corner. Chip was directly underneath corner protector, which was undamaged, so the damage must have been there prior to shipping.
Looked online for exactly the sofa we wanted. Went and sat on all the sofas at Ashley and Conns. The sofa we picked was at Ashley (with nearly the exact same thing at Conns costing twice Ashley's prices) and we found it online here for half the cost of Ashley! It is amazing! We got it before the expected arrival date and the delivery crew were amazing and quick! Thank you so much! We will definitely buy here again and I'm telling everyone about this site!
I ordered a Maytag dishwasher on Friday, Feb. 17,2017. As per Appliances the item was expected to be delivered within 48 hours after processing. The order was not process until the 21st, but I did not get dishwasher until Feb. 27. When I called, after receiving conflicting e-mails about the delivery date, I was told that they don't deliver in my area every day, but just on Mondays and Tuesdays. I informed them that they need to be transparent and to clarify on their web site the dates of delivery based on the region, and not to waste people's times with smoke, mirrors, and unclear, conflicting e-mails on delivery dates. Especially when people take off form work, based on their e-mails, to wait for the delivery.
Damage could not be seen until the undamaged styrofoam was removed. By then, it was already signed for and this company would not let us send it back!

Ordered a bed for my 7 year old son when I went to put it together realized damages to several pieces one of the main pieces is not able to be fixed and can't get new piece so now I'm out of $500+ and my son doesn't have a bed
Ordered a dishwasher May 19 th. Kept getting delayed eta's to their warehouse. The latest one was June 21st. By the time I actually get the thing it would be 5 to 6 weeks Minimum! Don't mind waiting 2 maybe even 3 weeks but this is ridiculous. Won't ever order from here again no matter what their price is!
Despite the negative reviews I've seen regarding Appliances Connection, I received my appliances in the time I was promised. It only took a week for my wall oven and 4 days for my microwave. I would use them again for appliance orders
I placed a very big order with this company that I needed to ship quickly. I was asked for an excessive amount of personal info, which sadly I did turn in. I have great credit, have been in business for over 26 years, and could not understand what the issue was. The company kept sending me emails asking for more personal information. Wanted a photo of a current utility bill of mine, are you serious! After waiting for a week for this order to ship I cancelled a $4000 order and placed a complaint with the BBB.
One of the 4 items has arrived, I here the rest is on its way soon. I love shopping at Appliance Connection
Ordered a sectional. Took 4 weeks for delivery. They provided a tracking number. I watched it go from NJ, CT, VA, NC and back to VA for delivery. There were no issues with delivery or the sectional. I would consider buying from them again. Just make sure you follow all instructions and there should be no issues.
Waited a month for furniture even though their website stated the furniture was " in stock and ready for delivery." Finally received a notification that my furniture will be delivered in the morning on 2/23. So the night before, I got rid of my old furniture to make room. The next morning received a call from AM Trucking (the delivery company) stating the driver is sick and my delivery will be rescheduled for the following week. WHAT?! A delivery company that only has 1 driver with no contingency plan? I took the day off of work to be there for the delivery. On top of that, I have family coming in from out of town with no furniture! I wanted to cancel the order and they said I would have to pay the shipping and restocking fee... again WHAT?! Their best offer was to take $50.00 off and give me the "white glove" delivery for free. So I have to rent furniture for the weekend, loosing a pays pay... nope, $50.00 won't cover that. One of the managers called me from a blocked ID number (nothing fishy about that, right?) and tried to get me to not cancel the order. I did however cancel the order because I was forced to do so and I did not want to do business with them any longer. They refunded $605.98 but however did not refund the shipping and restocking fees of $288.99. So I'm out that amount because of no fault of my own. This is NOT how you do business and to keep a customer. I ordered the same exact furniture from Gardner-White and they had it delivered and set up the next day! THAT is how you do business.
My Dual fridge/freezer came in beautiful condition. AC kept in perfect communication the entire time! I would highly recommend them.
Holy cow, this place is slow. I ordered a table on February 3rd. After a week, I get an ETA of 22 February. Turns out that 22 February is the date it is leaving their warehouse. So when their website tells you that it is shipping within 4 days of your ordering g it, they are LYING! They will order it within a few days, then whenever the manufacturer feels like it, will ship it to them in NYC, then they will in turn, ship it to you, and in 2-3 weeks, it might show up at your door. Not worth saving a few bucks if it takes 6 weeks to show up!
The shopping experience with Appliances Connection was great; however, if you need it fast and live somewhere other than New York, do not expect a speedy or professional delivery. It took over a week for my new washer to get to California, then it took another week before the delivery company finally delivered. They were supposed to come on a Saturday morning and I had to hold a 4 hour window for them. Late Friday night I got a call saying they could not delivery on Saturday and would deliver on Monday, but again I had to hold a four hour window. So instead of being able to do laundry at home with my new washer on Saturday, I had to spend the day at my in-laws using their washer and dryer. It was painful.
I e-mailed the trucking company saying I could not waste 4 hours on Monday waiting for them, and if they were not going to be able to deliver by 10:00 AM, I would have to reschedule. They assured me that I would be given priority and since they did not have to install, they could be there early. They did not show until 11:30, which screwed up most of my day. The drivers were scary looking - I'm not sure I would have trusted them with the installation.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
