Delivered on time. Haven't installed the kitchen hood, yet; but it was delivered on time with several phone calls and emails alerting me to the time of delivery.
Appliance Connection:
First, the price was great. It should have been my warning.
2nd: It shipped late.
3rd: The door stopped working after 10 days.
4th: The 100% hassle free return policy did not work. They refused to take the product back and blamed me. I stopped payment to Appliance Connection through my credit card company.
5th: After 30 days, Appliance Connection gave Sharp (the manufacturer) my name and home phone number without my permission.
6th: Appliance Connection said the return policy was waived because I contacted Sharp directly, a complete lie.
7th: Well after over 2 months, Sharp replaced the microwave and it is working for 30 days now.
Product availability, rebate information, and "Authorized Dealer" information listed on this website is misleading and/or false. Good pricing, but don't count on getting your item delivered in a remotely reasonable time after they've already charged you, actually getting rebate money back, or having a full manufacturer's warranty.
Do not buy from these people! They held our money for almost a month after we purchased it so if I gave us two different shipping dates! By the second shipping date on 3/21 they been informed us that our sofa has been discontinued and we will not get it. They had 1,100$ of ours for almost a month while we waited on us over expected to arrive to us this week. Only to find out that they don't even make it anymore. The customer service lied to me and told me I could find a similar sofa and they would do a price difference for the inconvenience when I called back with the sofa I found they were extremely rude to me told me that they would hire lawyers if I leave a bad review and would block my phone number so I can never contact them again. I am so disappointed and disgusted and the customer service at this place. We have no sofa and now have to wait for our money to be refunded after already waiting a month!
Very helpful website. I searched many places for this stove top I purchased. My big problem was the cut out size listed for this stove top. This site was the only one who listed the correct cut out size. This was a huge deal since I have granite counter tops. Had it installed this past weekend and it fit perfectly.
I had never dealt with this company before and with any transaction, but especially those involving an unfamiliar supplier, there's always a bit of reservation. From ordering that was quick and easy, to shipping and keeping me informed of the status of my order, Appliance Connection was truly exceptional. Yes the delivery is very slow, but if you're not in a hurry and can wait then I say purchase from this website. We've looked around for the same sectional and AppliancesConnection had the best price. Despite all the bad reviews I seen I decided to give AppliancesConnection a chance and glad that I took the chance. It took about 5 weeks for our sectional to get delivered. The delivery team was excellent they even took all the packaging off and placed my sectional where I wanted them to. I would order from them again in the future.
I wanted to hold out on writing my review until both of my appliances arrived. I ordered a sofa and a Refrigerator. The refrigerator arrived in a week and the sofa arrived in 2 weeks. I was fine with how everything turned out because Appliances Connection gave me a heads up about their inventory. The end result was new appliances to be safely transported to my home. I got what I asked for so I'm happy!
I purchased a wall oven from Appliances Connections and it arrived within a week in mint condition. I highly recommend using them for your Appliance needs.
We are happy with our refrigerator and happy with its condition. The problem was the installation team left the box filled with junk from the installation in front of our garage.
Delivery date was changed three times. When I received the call that they were 1/2 hr out, I went home immediately to meet them. They were an hour getting there from time of call. When they arrived they were very curteous.
I placed an order for a stove on Monday and was promised delivery by Saturday. Waited all day Saturday and guess what, no stove! Called on Monday and they were very inconsiderate to the fact that the item was not delivered, took no responsibility and put the blame on the shipping company!
I did not receive an paperwork, owner's manual, warrantee information, or even seller detail. I would not know how to or even who to register this microwave from.
I haven't installed it yet so I don't know if it actually works.
However one good thing; with regards to shipping, I was constantly advised as to the status of delivery and was very pleased about that.
Ordered a sleeper sofa since the price was cheap and shipping was only $40 to bring all the way up to my apartment. The couch came with two holes in the material, and legs that did not fit the couch. I called, spent over an hour total on hold, and he told me that I needed to "remove the shipping legs to install the legs that came with the couch". The shipping legs do not lift the couch off of the ground enough to pull the metal of the sleeper sofa off of the ground, so I attempted to do what I was instructed to. There were no holes in the wood, and I do not have a drill, nor would I like to destroy a brand new couch by drilling holes into what was clearly flimsy material. In terms of the several holes in the material, the only thing I was offered was a repair kit. I'm obviously not happy with having to repair something that I just received an hour ago. In addition, it took a month to receive this product. I will never do business with this company again, they offered no help in this issue and if I'm going to build my own couch, I really don't need to spend money on it and wait this long to receive it. Save your money and prevent the hassle of dealing with this horrible company.
I'm like most people and research the best place to buy expensive items. Appliancesconnection just the company I usually purchase appliances from and so I gave them a try. First thing is even though the items said ready to ship they did not ship for nearly a month and a half after they were ordered. The fridge came in an obviously used condition with scraped on the outside and black mold on the inside. It wasn't the correct box for that fridge. I also paid for white golove delivery for the boxes to be removed - they refused even after showing them my invoice. After calling the head office they said they would refund my charge. It's been a month and they still haven't. The dishwasher came 2 weeks later (2 months after ordering it). The replacement fridge came about a month after the first delivery. They again refused delivery.
Customaer service was crappy - full disclaimer I was in a pretty bad mood when I called them, so almost any customer service that isn't fixing the problem is going to be called crappy.
Will not order anything else from them and will keep all of my builder friends and designers away.
The delivery men did an excellent job. They helped open and inspect the appliances with me for any damages. Everything looked to be in excellent condition. GE did a very good job with packaging and the trucking company handle my 5 appliances with great care.
Fast shipping. Only problem I had was that I paid $40 extra for the "white glove delivery service" which I understood as being the delivery guys would set up the sectional for me. They brought it in, hooked it together then handed me the feet for it and said "you just need a screwdriver to attach these to the bottom". I was a little upset because at that point, why did I pay $40 for them to hook it together when I had to unhook it after they left, flip it over and attach the feet!
Other than that, I love the couch, it was a seamless transition ordering it, and it shipped much faster than anticipated.
Received 03/08/17, ordered 02/07/17. AppearancE good but reclining frame is out of alignment and rubs on side. Need instructions on how to adjust.
The pictures they show on their site are deceiving. The specs are fraudulent they told me that the sofa I purchased was 34" in height and its only 30" but now they tell me that I need ti measure the pillows which happen to be different sizes also. The liner under the console is ripped and on top of that they didn't send enough hardware to complete the assembly which I didn't know I had to do! Now they say I have to pay for the cost of shipping this furniture back to New York when I live in Washington state. They say they are not responsible for damage because I signed the ticket for delivery. Now I'm out of $1,000. Beware they do not care!
Apart from the original 6 hour delivery window, everything was great. The men called about an hour and a half. Before they showed up to let me know they'd be here around a certain time. They brought the couch in and even took away the trash for me. The couch is in great condition and is actually very comfortable. For the money we spent, it was all definitely worth it.

Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
