From the get go * the store manager/?... was RUDE and ARROGANT! The delivery schedule was SO "JACKED UP! AND to top it off--- two dents in the side of the refrigerator - scratch on the edge- handles don't line up and it noisy---biggest mistake I've ever done ---ordering without seeing the merchandise.

I paid for this Freezer on Tuesday the 28 of march they said it should be delivered Friday the 31st they took 2 days to process the order then took till the 6th of April to get it to the delivery warehouse then taking an additional 7 business days to process it there and then it was finally delivered on the 17th of April Totally and completely unacceptable Business practice. I called them several times got nowhere.
I will never buy any products from them again as they are Snail slow and it will take you 3 weeks or so to receive your order.
This store has terrible customer service. Price matching policy is a joke. Too many hoops to jump through. Online submission on order screen, then told I needed to submit the url, then told to call call a number +ext for a manager. Which goes into a phone loop with no voicemail.
My order kept getting delayed repeatedly, order placed 3/29. Website said item was available for delivery 4/3, so I placed the order. Every week there was a status update on the order delaying delivery 1 week at a time. On 4/17 I received another email that it won't leave their warehouse until 4/24.
Decided to cancel my order which also turned into a nightmare. They give you an option to cancel the order online, but then you are sent a reply that they can't cancel orders online. Why TF do they even bother having that option.
Oder was eventually cancelled.
They have a C rating from the BBB, should tell you everything you need to know.
I got a very good price on a Maytag stove I purchased from Appliances Connection and it was delivered free inside my house. I would buy from them again and recommend to others.
They are terrible! We bought a gas range from this company. It was delivered damaged. 2 months later and we are still dealing with them to return or exchange it.
I bought a range from here. Came in with a dented door. Two weeks later and they are just now in contact with LG to get an authorized serviceman to replace it. Buy from Home Depot or Lowe's or at a local store. Beware.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! To avoid heartache, frustration, and your money being taken. Run fast. I placed an order on 2/27/17 and yet to receive the merchandise after being promised a delivery date 2 1/2 weeks straight. Douglas, in customer service started out being nice, ended up yelling at me and saying I cursed him. He stated that if my item wasn't delivered by Tuesday of this week, 4/4/17 that I would be issued a full refund. He denied he said it. This company is out to get your money with lousy customer service. Whomever owns this company need to be checked. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCE CONNECTION, you will regret it. Check the Better Business Bureau Complaints on this company. My story is lengthy and it doesn't take this long for nothing to be delivered. I've recived many email about the order and delivery but no delivery would manifest. I could have picked this up myself in less time by walking from GA to NY and back and still get my merchandise quicker without the hassle. I have never in all my days been treated with such disrespect when you stand up for what is right. I'm spending my money they are not giving me anything. Again, BUYER BEWARE!
Website estimated 2-3 days but 2 weeks no dishwasher! Delivery service emailed that it would be here when we weren't ($75 reschedule fee!). Customer no-service kindly ran around in circles to avoid having to foot the bill for their SNAFU. It is delivery time bait and switch and lack of customer service that gets me, oh yeah and doing the dishes because I didn't go with a reputable company.
I would never ever order a product from this company again. The sight claimed that our washer/dryer was "available" which meant that they can order it from S. Korea. They do not actually house your product and have it available for shipping. We have been waiting for over a month for our washer/dryer and I have to call them every day to see if they have shipped it or not.
I have asked to speak with a Supervisor several times and they tell me "No."

As dozens of customers have documented, Appliance Connection has absolutely the worst customer service and order process I ever seen. The company avoids disclaiming a completely broken order process, and makes the customer pay for it through excessive waiting.
I ordered 1 item 30 days ago and still waiting for delivery. After Appliance Connection finds a generic branded third party "freight moving" company, they mark the item on their tracker as shipped, and then you are on your own. You're given the name and web link to a generic freight shipper, and Appliancr Connection lets you deal with the shipping and waiting issues. If it takes 1-2 months to get your product, it's not their problem or concern.
Appliance Connection has so many layers and so many hands in the order process, that they can't even answer when an order can be delivered.
It's like waiting for a BigMac and they tell you that the inventory manager has to call the bun maker who has to call the the flour refinery who has to find out from the wheat farmer if there is a new batch of flour on the way.
This company needs some Six Sigma/Continuous Process Improvement in the worst way.
AVOID APPLIANCE CONNECTION AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a couch almost 2 months ago now and still have not received it. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Apparently the item "shipped" on 3/28 and I have yet to hear any updates from them or the trucking company on where the couch it. I would NEVER use this company again. Please save your time, energy and money.
I liveI ordered a sectional couch on 3/3/17 ( said it was IN STOCK) would ship between 3/6-3/9... its now 3/31/17 and still have NO SOFA. Now they are saying it should arrive 4/4-4/9... over a month. I would NEVER order from them again. I tried to cancel my order and they told me since it shipped on 3/17 i cant... which it DID NOT ship on that date. I tried to write a review on their page and they took it down. I've been without living room furniture for a month.

Yay, I found an Appliance company that had unfathomably reasonable prices! My furniture set just arrived yesterday afternoon. Wrapped up neatly and organized. Highly recommend Appliances Connection. I'll be ordering all my appliances here.
Do yourself a favor! Walk away now! Do not order from this company! Might be free shipping and great prices but it is an aggravation not worth the savings. The delivery company screw up and not deliver to you, you have to wait how ever long it is until the next time they come around to your area whether that is 4 days a week 2 weeks. And doesn't matter that it is of no fault of your own. You gave away your old washer cause you thought your new one getting delivered tough $#*!! You got no living room furniture cause your new one was supposed to be delivered Tough $#*!. Save your self the headache unless you can pick it up your self and browse on!
Once again, I had a successful transaction with AC. They have delivered a wall oven and a couch for me now. Item arrived according to schedule without any damages. Delivery company was polite and straightforward. The entire process was smooth A to Z.
Beware of misleading prices and delivery promise dates on this company's website. The ice maker I ordered from them arrived a week later than promised and did not include the front panel. The front panel was an additional $299.
This is absolutely the most fraudulent place I've ever ordered from. I ordered an item from them and they told me my estimated time of arrival (ETA) was 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks passed; however, I was charged the DAY I ordered the item. Then I call and they said, it would be another week... then that week passed, I call again, then they said another 3 weeks. This place, simply charges you, collects the money AND INTEREST by holding your money and then takes 3- 4 days to get a refund. PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
