Appliances Connection delivered exactly what I ordered in an ample amount of time. My shipment wss traceable which made me feel comfortable. Y dishwasher arrived without any dents or damages. Satisfied with my purchase.
The nightmare started when we decided to upgrade our old 36inch Kenmore Gas Oven with a new 36inch Kucht Gas Oven. We purchased the oven with a warranty and installation.The oven was delivered/installed few months later. Few months later, and after countless calls regarding overheating panel on top of the knobs, multiple technician visits, interrupted work schedule and mom burning her arm over the panel, Kucht and Appliances Connection concluded our unit is damaged and not repairable. I was hold liable! Or maybe i should say my measure tape was held accountable (which have clearly measured 36 inch)! The resolution is to buy another unit with a discount! Would anyone buy another unit from Kucht or Appliances Connection?
I wrote this review because i believe the internet can be a better place and customer are still poorly treated out there.
I read lots of reviews and was hesitant to buy 2 couches from them but because their prices were the best, I took a chance knowing it would probably take 6 weeks for delivery to CA based on reviews. Everything was as expected with the couches being delivered at 5.5 weeks. The shipping company called a few times and updated me on the ETA within 24-36 hours of delivery. There was a small nick on one of the couches which we notated on the delivery receipt form and the company contacted us within 24 hours and offered a $100 refund and repair kit from the manufacturer which we accepted. They were proactive in the offer which I appreciated and I'm sure made sense for them to avoid a return and made sense for me as I didn't want to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement couch and the nick was not bad at all. I would recommend them. Just don't believe their shipping time frame on the website and know it will take 5-6 Weeks for delivery.
Had requested delivery for a different week, as part of special instructions during the ordering process, but was told delivery would take place earlier. I was able to arrange my schedule at the last minute to comply. I've purchased from Appliances Connection several times and this is the first time I've had problems with shipping schedule.
I ordered an undercounter icemaker that was defective. The company could not fine anyone in north idaho to repair it so they had me ship it back and refunded my money... excelt they kept 390.00 for return shipping cost. This was for a 999.00 ice maker. Its defective. How can they keep shipping money. They keep telling me a refund is in the works... but 4 monthe later no refund. I. Escallating this to my lawyer. It may fall under idaho attorneys office as my lawyer states there using fraud over state lines.
I received my refrigerator in great condition and it even came the evening before it was promised. Delivery people where very polite professional. I would definitely order through Appliances Connection again. I have already recommended them to a friend!

I never received my order, I called them I was told that they would handle this situation within 48 hrs, i called 48 hours later i was told 5-8 days. Then i was told that if i wrote them good reviews they would send me a refund, they even sent me a refund invoice - its not almost a month later and no merchandise or money back! They have an employee Meir who calls me non stop harrassing to take down my reviews! Worst customer service ever!
The refrigerator fan sounds like it's hitting metal when the fan cycles. The drawer accessories are oddly designed with no description in the manual.
One of the BEST experience. From selection price, no tax, free shipping, best communication (notification on status regularly). Delivery professional done which was more than you could ask. A rewards program also. I am so overwhelmed with the whole experience, I am currently deciding on a washer and dryer to buy. Strongly recommend buying from them.

Every time I call (which you have to because they do not tell you the status), I'm told something different then what is truly happening!
I was just sent a receipt today saying my item was picked up & in the comments they noted that if I return the item, I would have to pay $210... THAT IS A FAR CRY FROM the advertised 100% refund guaranteed if for any reason you are unhappy with the item in 30 days.
These people are a bunch of dishonest scammers.

I'm a contractor and order things from places all the time. This time however, my client found a stove from here and I ordered it. What a mistake, paid for express deleivery, showed up 4 days after the estimated time (same as ground estimate), so I lost that money. It was delivered by a shipping company at 6pm. I asked the driver if he needed to physically check the stove before he leaves. Guy says "nope they will take care of everything if it's delivered damaged". He leaves, I open the packaging, the stove is dented, looks like someone dropped it. I call the company to have them send a new one. I get the run around and all the bs about I have to pay for shipping to have them come replace it! Unbelievable never using this company again and I will direct everyone in my network to stay away. Not worth the time I spent on the phone arguing for a simple replacement. Bad business
My order was received when expected and came with all the parts advertised for installation. This was the lowest price I could find for this particular shower/faucet combo, and I love how it looks on my old cast iron bath tub. I had a plumber install it along with the shower head I'd purchased separately. I am happy with my purchase from AppliancesConnection.com, and I will use them again if I need another hard-to-find item at a reasonable price.
I ordered a chaise louge chair for my living room. When I ordered it they said it was "available". ETA 3/10,,,, then it slipped to 3/14, then to 3/27 and it kept slipping -they never told me the dates were slipping. I had to call them to find out when it was expected to ship each time - I received it on 4/20... DAMAGED - Ripped across the back, gouges all over and missing 2 legs. We had to meet the truck bringing the chair because a semi can't go on our street. Here is their response:
Unfortunately, the claim department will not approve a pick up since the proof of delivery form was not notated with the damages and it was put on another vehicle to get to your location.
As I completely understand 100% the situation and why it was not noted - we don't have much of a leg to stand on.
We can do the following for you in this situation:
1 - offer you 50% to keep as it and you can have it fixed locally (we can also send you replacement legs)
OR
2 - you can purchase a new unit for 50% off ($242.49)
Ain't that nice of them? I'm out all that money and I still don't have a chair I can use. Will never buy big ticket items on line again and absolutely will NEVER purchase from Appliances Connection again.
THIS IS ONEOF THE MOST DISHONEST AND RUDEST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER MET. THEIR WEBSITE STATES THEY WILL MATCH AND BEAT ANYONES PRICE. THEY WON'T! This place does not care! Ordered cook top, 2 weeks later called to ask why it wasn't making progress on shipping, warehouse lost order. Told me they would rush the order after they told me in would be 10 more days. Rush meant 7 days, 2 to process in warehouse and 5 to ship UPS Ground... THANKS! Went to install cook top and it was missing 1 black burner cover. Contacted and they needed model #, serial #, pictures, etc. I bought it from you, how hard is it to look up the model # and send? You think I run a ring illegally obtaining burner covers to resell? I didn't get what I ordered. FIX IT! Rude, condescending and worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. 5th review I have ever written in my life, 4 others were all positive... That's how bad.

I ordered this stove in February... It is now late April and I am hoping to finally be able to use it after having to pay another outside professional to clean up this company's mistakes. When it first arrived, there were parts missing, so the installation could not be completed. Appliances Connection assured me this would be finished the following week. THREE weeks later I had to take another afternoon off of work for the installation to be completed... They came and "finished" installing the unit, though it was done improperly and there was a GAS LEAK. It took four days for me to get in touch with someone, and another week for them to send someone back out. YF logistics (the third party company Appliances Connection uses) sent someone back out yesterday who found a part that was installed wrong on the back, and "fixed" it. I went back to work, only to come home a few hours later to a house that smelled like gas AGAIN! Twice now I've had to evacuate my home (thankfully it didn't burst into flames). This company's incompetence put my life in DANGER not once, but TWICE. Twice, the gas company had to shut off gas to the stove. I hired a professional last night who found that there were TWO parts that were not properly tightened, allowing gas to leak out from the unit and into my home. This is completely unacceptable, and absolutely horrifying. This is not a free installation either, like some of the big chain appliance dealers provide... Appliances Connection charged me for "professional installation service" -- well, there was certainly nothing professional about this experience. Not to mention, this VERY expensive stove/oven has not been usable this entire time! I spent over $4,000 on an appliance that just SAT in my kitchen for weeks and weeks. Never again. (I am really looking forward to using my beautiful range and ovens, and will update folks on the quality of the actual product once I've had the chance to use the different features).
This was a great experience purchasing my refrigerator, range, dishwasher, & microwave from Appliance Connection. It was simple & easy doing this all on-line. I received an e-mail updating me on everything. The 2 guys that handled the delivery, removal of the old appliances and installation of the new appliances were very professional.
So I was reluctant to buy from Appliance Connection with many poor reviews, but on certain websites like Houzz, they have great reviews. So I took a chance. Called and spoke to Vincent I think. Got a new Napoleon grill. I had found it at another website for several hundred $ less. Asked for the price match and gave them the store name. While on the line, he found it, and matched the price on the spot. They had it in stock and shipped it via AM Home delivery. It took about 2 weeks but I live in Florida and am familiar with freight so this all made sense. The delivery called, set appointment and arrived on-time. The guys took the grill off the truck and put it in my garage as asked. They waited for me to open the box and inspect. I have to say, this was a great experience from start to finish. Just remember to be realistic in your expectations. I would buy from them again.

Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
