I got a really excellent price on my new double oven plus free delivery. The price was $1,000 less than anything I could find at the big box or appliance stores. Ordered on May 2nd. Received on May 18. The website said it was in stock and the order would be processed in 24 - 48 hours. Paid $70 extra for express shipping. Ok... 8 days go by and the order hasn't been processed. I call to see what's up. They process my credit card and call it good over the phone. The order has been processed. I received emails with confirmations and everything... they seemed all excited... they ran my card. But the next step is shipping. In this case for $70 extra I paid for express shipping, it took 10 days for the item to arrive. Can't imagine what the free shipping would of been. Then the product arrives with a dent to boot. Couldn't tell at delivery. The box looked good. Would I do it again. Absolutely not.
We purchased a PTAC with Seacoast protection on 4/2. We can't say how the product is because we still have not received it. We were promised delivery by 4/21 and we kept getting emails that would give delivery dates of 4/23,4/26,5/11, and now 5/16. Well, today is 5/16 and still nothing. When we contacted the company, they guaranteed delivery 5/11 by the latest. They have no explanation for the delays. We are getting ready to cancel the order and try to get our money back. Do not use this company!
Buyer Beware! Product description width on Samsung and Appliance's Connection's websites are inaccurate and misleading. Product description states "Product Dimensions with Doors Open (W x H x D) 29 3/4" x 66 3/4" x 45 6/8"" but when the refrigerator's doors are open, even at only a 90 degree angle, the hinges of each door add approximately an inch to the width on each side, as shown in the video. When contacting Appliances Connection regarding this inaccuracy, they implied to both my husband and I that we were liars and refused to accept a return of the product. They informed us that this was Samsung's issue and that Samsung would buy back the product through their "Buy Back Program." Well, we called Samsung and discovered that this "program" does not exist and that it is the responsibility of the retailer to issue a refund or exchange. Appliances Connection was apprised of this but continued to be of no help, refusing again to accept a return. We are now stuck with a refrigerator for which we can only use one door of as the refrigerator is too wide for the opening we have dedicated for a refrigerator in our house. I recommend to all to NEVER shop at Appliances Connection! This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced.
There were problems from your end which delayed shipping. Since it was your problem and not mine(the customer) you should have expedited shipping so that my order would have been received ON TIME. I lost 2 days waiting for my item. This is not the way to gain customer loyalty.
We saved over $700 on our new sectional sofa by going through AppliancesConnection, rather than one of the manufacturer's showrooms. Customer service was very quick to respond to our inquiries, the product arrived well-packaged and unblemished, and the shipping company went above and beyond to help us get everything in the house. The only snag was how long it took to arrive: we ordered on March 27 and it was delivered May 5. No skin off my back, really. I expected a bit of a wait from the reviews and the price savings made for what I felt was a reasonable trade-off. Would gladly do business with them again, just not on a deadline.

We had a bad experience with Home Depot while purchasing our appliances with our kitchen remodel. We knew what appliances we wanted and had the model numbers. We called and spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson. Not only did he save us a lot of money, because they price match, we got upgraded appliances from the ones we intially chose plus we are getting 2 different rebate offers back. We searched ourselves online for the best prices for countless hours. Appliance Connection had the best prices compared to any retail chain. The retail giant, Home Depot, was not aware of these rebates. The delivery came well before expected, the communication was superb, the delivery people were gentle with the appliances, took all the cardboard away while we inspected for damage. No damage at all. This company made a stressful large purchase very much less stressful and put our minds at ease. We would definitely refer anyone to this company and use them again ourselves.
I bought a hard to find washing machine through Appliances Connection. I was a bit leery ordering such an expensive item online but the machine I wanted was backordered everywhere locally. Delivery was a week earlier than expected. The installation of my new machine and removal of the old one was seamless. The delivery process fast, the crew was careful not to ding the walls or hardwood floors, and they were very courteous. Last, the price was the best one I could find after a long search. I recommend Appliances Connection.
Had I known that the service of ApplianceConnection would be so poor, I would have purchased this sectional from a local store. While the local store was charging $500 more for the same sectional, it would have been worth it. The headache that I got from using this site wasn't worth the savings.
1. The website said that it was going to arrive no later than a specific day. I was planning on moving to a new house, and I based my move in date on that guarantee. My order wasn't even processed until two days after the guaranteed day of delivery.
2. ApplianceConnection made a mistake, but they weren't willing to admit fault, nor take any responsibility. I asked them to reroute the order, but they lied that the shipping company didn't do that. I called the shipping company, and they told me the contrary.
3. ApplianceConnection wouldn't even pay the $33 fee to reroute the package to the new address. They gave me a lousy $20 store credit, which is worthless, because I will never ever shop here again.
But, I'll give credit where it is due, the customer service were cordial, the sofa was packaged super nicely and arrived without any damage. If you're not planning on moving, and you're cool with it arrive a few weeks late, then this might be a great opportunity to save same money.

Placed order for Sofas on 3-27 and no mention of lack of availability at the time. It is now May 5th and still being lied to! Been told they were on the truck, then waiting to be picked up, then not sure where they are and I still don't know. Save your self the stress and do not buy anything from this site!
Received my range hood damaged and that was after waiting 3 weeks for it. It took them more than a week for them to resolve the damaged hood with UPS. I explained to them that I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation and they were holding it up. I asked them to send me a new hood when UPS picked up the damaged one, they wouldn't. They said they would if I paid for another one. Long story short I told them to shove it. Took a refund and bought the hood somewhere else. The small savings are not even close to being worth the trouble of dealing with there so called customer service.

Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
