Very straight-forward...driver carried it to the front door, and wifey asked him to just bring it inside a few steps, as hubby was not home. He did precisely that, and we all lived happily ever after.
I needed a replacement, in-cabinet, micro-wave -- a Dacor DMW2420S. On-line shopping presented four or five dealers who advertised a DMW2420S for sale. AppliancesConnection was the only one who provided a shipping date giving me confidence that AppliancesConnection actually had a DMW2420S in stock. AppliancesConnection shipped on the date they specified and FedEx delivered in time for my installer to remove and replace the DMW2420. Thanks AppliancesConnection for a good job!

I received the items but unfortunately two of the chairs has been delivered broken. I have already sent a request about that and waiting for replacement of defective equipment.

I live on a dead end street. My husband met the semi driver to transfer the washing machine as the driver couldn't turn around. As soon as we opened the box, discovered the washing machine was damaged, bent, immediately called the delivery company. I was told it was my responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to accepting it. Nightmare!
I am well pleased with the refrigerator I ordered and received. However, I paid for expedited delivery and expected the product to be delivered faster than it was. I guess I need to make allowances for the holiday.

Me and the wife have been talking about purchasing a freezer for several years to save money on meat, by buying it in bulk from a butcher. So, we finally decided to purchase a Frigidaire (model: FFFU13F2VW), which is the upright 13 cubic ft model. I decided to buy it through Appliances Connection because I had purchased a Commercial Maytag washer through them a few years ago and had a good purchase/delivery experience. Once again, they did a wonderful job keeping me informed on the delivery status and getting the unit to me.
The online was easy to order from. The scheduling was simple.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
