Everything went well after purchase. Took my old fridge away no problem and installed new fridge with ease.
We bought a portable dishwasher from Appliance Connection. The delivery people only inspected the top and sides, but did not remove the bottom packaging. Shortly after they left, we separated it from the bottom packaging hoping to roll it to the kitchen and try it out. One of the wheels fell off. We called the delivery company immediately and they notified Appliance Connection. After filling out forms, taking photos of the damaged wheel housing and then giving them the serial number they are saying that if we want to return it, it has to be at our own expense. Not cool!
Install was great, everything is working and it looks great. Arrived a day early which was wonderful.8
Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and courteous. Great experience overall. I've ordered 3 times from Appliancesconnection.com Totally recommend.
I purchased a Bosch cooktop & wall oven from appliance connection. The website page for the oven contained a PDF guide that reflected a picture of the cooktop installed above the wall oven. I went a purchased both. No where did the website state that this was not possible. When the products were delivered the installers stated that installing a cooktop over a wall oven is not possible. So I refused delivery. Appliance connection is seeking to refund the amount less $1.50 per pound, which comes to approx $600. They claim that nowhere does it state that the combo install is possible, which saying the PDF guide is not to be followed.
They are a SCAM website and should be fined. And I want my money back.

Pattern of Complaint:
BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning merchandise quality, delivery, and customer service for Appliances Connection. Numerous consumers are telling BBB about the problems they experience after ordering items such as home appliances or furniture from the website of Appliances Connection. Several consumers claim they wait weeks or more beyond the expected delivery date before their ordered items are delivered. Those customers still awaiting delivery reportedly encounter a lot of difficulty in trying to confirm the status of their order with the companys customer service representatives. Many consumers have allegedly received defective or damaged merchandise, and a number of those consumers claim they either have been unable to have the damaged merchandise repaired or endure long frustrating waits for the repairs to be made. Some consumers that reportedly received damaged items say they try to work with the company for a replacement item or refund but are unable to resolve the issue.
The item was delivered on time. Fantastic price! Cant get any better.
Ordered a $10,500+ built-in refrigerator. Part of that purchase included the complete installation of the fridge. After installed and while my 5'1" wife was loading groceries the fridge tipped over on her, glass bottles and groceries all over the floor and my wife barely able to push the fridge back upright. When it tipped over it tweaked the bottom freezer drawer so that it did not close properly. We unloaded the fridge and turned it off. After further investigation Appliances Connection installer did not install any of the anti-tipping hardware that are required and shown clearly in the installation manual. I've spent 2+ months trying to get this damaged refrigerator replaced and am still without a fridge or a replacement or a refund. Yesterday they advised they would replace it but not install it even though installation is part of the agreement when I purchased the unit. I advised that they can come remove the damaged refrigerator and provide me with a full refund. I rarely am able to speak with anyone at Appliances Connection that can make a decision, when I call, however there is a well documented history via their "ticket" system. The installation of this refrigerator was incomplete and extremely dangerous yet they act like the problems with the installation are somehow my fault. Appliances Connection advised they will NOT provide me a refund…they want to drop off a replacement only and not install it. Obviously not what I paid for and totally unacceptable. Still waiting on Appliances Connection supervisor to reach out to resolve. I'll update this review once or if I get my refund to ensure everyone knows how long and how well this gets resolved (or not). UPDATE 10/30 - AC now is blaming me and will not provide a refund or replacement refrigerator. They are dishonest and unethical. I have responded via their ticket system. They seem willing to try anything to not resolve a problem their installer created. UPDATE 11/1 AC has gone silent. I wrote a letter to the CEO Albert Fouert, provided a timeline, details and pictures showing him the issues and asked for his assistance. I copied Polished.Com the parent company of Appliances Connection. More to follow.
Easy to order, delivered in a timely manner, friendly & competent delivery guy, easy to follow set-up directions, great product!
Awful awful experience
On July 5,2023 I paid $6183.97 to purchase 3 appliances from Appliances Connection through their phone agent Alex. I placed a phone order bc the price for Bosch range was cheaper at Home Depot and I wanted the Summit fridge bc of its dimensions.
I live in a condo with 1 flight of stairs up from street level so the agent recommended 4 flights of stairs and 1 appliance removal since the webpage of the Bosch range I purchased said it came with white glove delivery, installation, free removal services, etc. So it stands to reason I would need up and down flights for the remaining 2 appliances (fridge and range hood fan).
However when the fridge and range were delivered, the contracted delivery company said their documents did not indicate installation or removal of the range. I spoke to the agent Alex and he said he gave me a price match so it invalidated the white glove delivery/installation/etc. - even though Home Depot offered those things as well. I said why wouldn't I have requested those things if I were aware those listed services on the AC website were invalided? He responded that I was "trying to save a buck."Bc I live in a small apartment and do not know how to install a range, there's no way I wouldn't have confirmed the range came with these services. He said I could listen to our recorded call and I said yes and then he said no bc it's wasting his time. I ended up paying another $97.74 for removal and haul away, which is not a big deal and I would have agreed to if needed - but now I had to wait over a week with two gas ranges in my condo kitchen. In addition, the refrigerator arrived missing a foot and dented in 3 places. Their customer support said they will have the manufacturer mail me one. It's now October and I have not received it.
I would not recommend purchasing your appliances here if you want good customer service and not to be insulted.
Our experience, from ordering a refrigerator to it's delivery, was excellent. The online site is clear and easy to navigate. Ordering and selecting parts needed was smooth. A couple of questions were clarified by telephone by a very courteous representative. We were given clear information about every step of the delivery process from when the fridge left the warehouse to when it was to be delivered. The 2 men who delivered our product were polite and professional.
Thanks so much.
This fridge is awesome just what I wanted, its super cool and absolutely 100% beautiful. But my delivery guys were kind of rude and left the box and all the packing stuff. I thought they would of taken it away. I just moved into my new home and I have enough boxes. Tjats tje only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. Again tjis frodge is the best.
In late September, Appliances Connection simply canceled an order I placed in July with no prior warning because of "long ETAs." I could not have had a worse experience and the customer service was truly terrible/non-existent. You will be better off placing your order literally anyplace else.
Transaction was easy, they followed up every step with an email. Delivery was on time, they moved quick, were very carful of my home, floors, etc, getting the 36" range into its spot in the kitchen. They could not complete set up as the gas hook up was on the wrong side, but we anticipated something, so this was ok. Better then our local Lowe's & Best Buy. Keep up the good work and customer service.
Initially, yopu made it seem I would get my order much quicker, The product came dented on one side as well.
They items I was interested was in stock. Someone reached out to me to double check shipping info. The delivery came on time and the delivery drive was wonderful. I will definitely purchase from them again
I spent around $7,000 on four pieces of kitchen appliances. The driver told me that I don't need take out the hood completely because I have 30 days to return if it is damaged. So I signed the paper. When I removed the white sticky plastics, there is a big dent in the right corner of the range hood. I contacted the customer service about it. Then they told me that I have 15 mins to fully inspected the item during the delivery. But NOBODY, No Emails informed me of this before, even the delivery people didn't tell me before. Now I have to pay out of the pocket to return the hood and waiting for the pick up schedule. Who knows when I can the refund. I tried to contact the customer service again and again and they even cut me off when I asked to talk to the supervisor. I am super disappointed about how they handled this.
I ordered a Forte stand alone freezer and a matching refrigerator. Upon delivery (which took several weeks) the freezer compressor made noise, which I called the company to request service. From the time of that call to when service was provided was 2 months. They ended up replacing the freezer. Two weeks later the refrigerator stopped cooling. Once again, they finally sent out a repair person. I have been without a refrigerator for almost 3 months now I have gone back and forth with the company trying to get this resolved. For the most part, there is absolutely zero communication initiated on their end to me. Everything is me calling them trying to get information. Well, I'm still waiting on the refrigerator which they finally agreed to replace two weeks ago and are saying that it will be another week and a half to two weeks before it should be delivered here.
There is absolutely no way that I would purchase from this company again, and I highly recommend that you do not purchase from them either. I wish I would have done further research before making these purchases.
Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
