I hate giving bad reviews so this is sad for me to say. I filled out the delivery information and waited patiently until I got any sort of notification that they would be on their way. I got on the website to track it. There was no information that I could find. When I made the order, I said that I wanted it to be delivered to our garage because we are doing construction on our house and it's really hard for us to get it from the front of the house to the back. Today it got delivered. I had no idea it was being delivered today. I didn't get a notification. So right now it's sitting in front of our house. They didn't ring my doorbell. I know this for a fact because I have a ring doorbell system so I would've known if they rang the doorbell. I didn't sign for it. There was no information, so I hope there's nothing wrong with this dishwasher. I am very sad and disappointed. I am glad that I got this dishwasher but I'm sad that our experience wasn't very good.

This item was delivered to my residence yesterday (Aug 31,2023). No complaints about the generator itself, but it came out of the box damaged with a bent frame due to rough handling.
I purchased approximately $******* before client's 10 months ago because I was building a house and during COVID. You couldn't get appliances so we bought them in stored them.
The box is where a perfect condition he opened the boxes open and looked like hes appliances or dropped off at building. They were apparently reboxed I could've clients connection. They refused to cover anything so I'm out about $4600 buyer beware.
Do not buy nothing from Appliance Connection go to Lowe's or home depot as your best bet they are ethical Appliance Connection is not.
Ordered a Miele dishwasher. It was scheduled to be delivered and then no one showed on that day. I called and they rescheduled another day. Again the same thing - a no show. Then a 3rd time. Again no delivery. At that point I told them I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded immediately as this company is obviously a scam. They were difficult about refunding the order so I just went to my credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge and that is what it took to get a refund for this company. So be very aware who you are dealing with. In my opinion it is absolutely not worth any amount of savings to deal with this unrepeatable company - Just buy local!
I NEVER received the refrigerator I paid $1186.67 for, and Appliance Connection kept my money. I'd put it on hold, because my builder wanted it to arrive at the right time. Appliance Connection asked me to call each month to keep replacing it on hold. But then when I called the next month, Appliance Connection said they had shipped it several weeks beforehand. Yet, there were NO CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS to tell me or my builder it was being shipped, and it wasn't supposed to be shipped in the first place. I was diligent about sending the emails to keep it on hold each month. I'm not even sure it ever was shipped. I called the warehouse in Denver that Appliance Connection told me to call saying the refrigerator was sitting there, and I'd be able to reroute it back to me. But the warehouse said my refrigerator had disappeared and was no longer there. They didn't know where it was. I called Appliance Connection to get a refund since I never received the refrigerator, and they said they had credited me the $1186.67, but when I checked my credit card, I noticed they had kept $445.86 for themselves without telling me and only refunded me $740.81. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded $445.86. But then Appliance Connection sent a multi-page legal document to my credit card company justifying charging me $445.86 "for shipping" a refrigerator I never received and the $445.86 was again taken from me. This refrigerator was for the first home I've ever been able to afford to own, a tiny home. I deeply regret trusting Appliance Connection with my purchase, and in particular my sales agent, Jimmy Balasiano, who cared nothing for following through on his promises, only for taking my money. Appliance Connection is the most corrupt company I've ever worked with in my life. They don't keep their promises or communicate well, and they take zero responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they blame you and take your money. STAY AWAY! I'd sue them, but my lawyer said it'd be too much in court costs to try and get $445.86 back to make it worth the effort. I guess that's how big corporations like Appliance Connection can rob ordinary people and get away with it.
Price was best from Appliances Connection, but beware if you have any problem with your item after 30 days, they will not help you. They suggested I contact the company, which was Hammary Austin. Needless to say, neither of them would help me. Each told me I had to contact the other company. They will not even work with the company I purchased from. Was very disappointed that Hammary Austin wouldn't work with Appliances Connections either. So, I will just have to purchase another item from another company. I will not purchase through AC again. Great price, but then you are stuck with the item, even if it is bad quality. No one to help. I am stuck with a bad piece of furniture. No help from either from either company.
Ordered a washer dryer, paid extra for white glove installation. Delivery did not happen on schedule, customer service did not respond. When delivery finally came, drivers refused to install and said we needed different outlets (not what we'd been told). Got outlets replaced (more cost! - and turned out to be incorrect information anyway), tried to reschedule installation. Customer Service were not just unresponsive, they were actively rude. I was hung up on TWICE by different people, on hold for long wait times, told that their staff time is more important than my time. Was told a manager would get back to me by email "when he wasn't busy", have had no further communication. Ended up installing ourselves. This was hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced (worse than ticketmaster, worse than ISPs in New York City. You get the picture). Just AWFUL, would NEVER EVER deal with this company again and want to make sure everyone knows how bad they are.
My wife and I were looking at a Miele dishwasher for months. We finally decided to bite the bullet and spend 3K for a nice dishwasher and Appliances Connection said they had them in stock ready to ship. I thought it was odd, because they were backordered at most other dealers. We ordered the Dishwasher and it arrived horribly damaged. It looked like it fell off the truck with a massive dent crushing the side of the appliance. It's completely unusable. Appliances Connection is refusing to return or refund. We are out $3,000 now and are pursuing legal action. This company is a FRAUD. Never order anything from them, they sell damaged products and will take your money.
Delivery service was awful. Had to pu item from local terminal. Bad customer service there.
Good experience. Maintained communication on status of delivery. No issues. I've only had the two-in-one for a few weeks, but it's great for small laundry loads. Only issue is the "door" error not clear in instructions. Needs to be clearer.
The item I ordered arrived in a timely manner and delivery communication was excellent from start to finish.

I ordered and received grill, that was a mess, I'm not even going to get into that. The grill had to be returned, was returned according to their return policy (my cost). In the meantime, I received communication from the company that their data has been compromised, coincidentally my debit card was compromised, and I needed to go through the process with my bank of disputing charges and having a new debit card issued. Now Appliances Connection will not refund my return because it is a different credit card. They will not send a check. The only option given was to dispute the initial charge with my bank. I did so, my bank requested numerous documents and proof, I sent that request to Appliances Connection, never heard back. My bank closed the dispute. I have made way too many calls trying to resolve this and simply get the refund due me. I keep getting the same answers of disputing with my bank, I keep explaining what has transpired, I get told a manager will review and see if we can send you a check. Nothing gets resolved. Stay clear of this company, it is nothing but a headache!
3rd party delivery company scheduled/cancelled delivery 3X while I paid someone to sit at home during their window. Their truck destroyed $3,400 of our property upon UNSCHEDULED delivery that they LEFT at my front door and forged my signature for. They won't return calls/emails for refund/return of appliance or address property damage. Completely 100% honest review. These 2 companies are criminal. Save yourself frustration and do not use them. Must go through other channels and get our money back if they will not engaged and right their wrongs.
I needed a new dishwasher and after checking the local box stores I found Appliance Connection online. Cheapest price and free delivery. Highly recommend it.
Avoid this company unless you are in no hurry whatsoever to receive what you order. Just look at the other reviews.
I ordered a dishwasher with an estimated delivery 3-5 days out from the order date. Next day I receive notice that it has shipped but now the delivery date is 8-16 days. I contact them about the big change and they basically say too bad. I respond that is fine but I will leave them a bad review and they ask the delivery company to expedite my order. Now a week later my order is sitting in a "consolidation center" and then 5-7 days from now it will go to the "delivery location" and then they will schedule a delivery days out from there.
I still have multiple options to order a dishwasher and receive it quicker than this order. I ask them about cancelling and they tell me there will be cancellation fees. I think this is how they make their money, take orders and keep moving delivery dates until their customers get tired of waiting and then charge them hundreds of dollars to cancel their orders.
I assumed they were legit because it was a shop option on Consumer Reports but I sure wish I had checked reviews before I placed an order.
RUN AWAY, FAR AWAY!
I purchased a new Forte dishwasher from Appliances Connection. It was 45 days after delivery before my contractor was able to install it. At this time, we realized that it could not be integrated into the new cabinetry. I asked Appliances Connection to accept a return and a purchase of a more expensive model that meets my need. They stuck to the 30-day return policy and only offered $100 off the new purchase.
After that they tried to have this review deleted but I was able to prove to Sitejabber that the story was real.
After that they offered me $75 to remove my review. But I told them it was honest and I left it up hoping it would help others. I reminded them that not everything is about money.
When I refused to remove the review and pointed out to them that public relations is not the same as customer service, they withdrew the offer of the $100 discount for the second purchase of the more expensive model.
Don't believe the LONG WINDED words of understanding, kindness, care, empathy... They buy out bad reviews and stiff customers where they can. If I had bought the dishwasher at Home Depot or another reputable, established company I would not have a useless, new, $1000 dishwasher sitting in my garage nor would I have discovered just how petty an on-line retailer can be.

Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.

It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
