We had the misfortune of buying a Miele dishwasher from them. It did not work when installed and would not drain. First they told us we could not return it, and no replacement was possible. Then they said we could ship it back at our own expense and they would consider a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced- rude and unhelpful. Their "white glove service" is a joke and left our kitchen a mess.

Ordered dishwasher almost 4 months ago and nothing but install issues from the beginning. Spring in door is not attached. Now they tell me it is a warranty issue and that I must go and resolve by myself. If you want a flawless purchasing experience, go elsewhere.

Misleading

Perhaps if you're in the area all is well! I ordered a dryer June 14th and may be able to receive it by July 14th. Appliance connection claim ship date within 3 days. It has been held up since June 26th.

BUYER BEWARE WARNING

BUYER BEWARE!
I contacted Appliance Connection via phone call and placed order for A GE full-size stackable washer/dryer, required stacking bracket for installation, kitchen aid trash compactor on 5/30 which included white glove" delivery. Total amount of purchase was $3,729.00. Delivery occurred on 6/16. Delivery personnel (2 men) reluctantly moved boxed appliances into our home. Their actions were not only rushed but incredibly wreck less. Once inside, the washer was removed from carton with noticeable damage (dented side). The trash compactor was partially removed from carton and damage to electrical cord was observed and noted. Stacking bracket was missing from delivery. All this information was communicated directly to appliance company via delivered personnel. We have in been in constant communication with numerous employees in the customer service department even as delivery personnel was still onsite, in order to resolve issues.
This company will not allow you to speak with customer service employees directly, you can only correspond through an online ticket process. It has now been 4 weeks, since appliance arrival and still unable to resolve damaged/missing purchase. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. The main reason for my appliance purchase with this company is due to the fact, my home was severely damaged during Hurricane Ian (Florida). I am in the process of rebuilding and replacing nearly everything. I placed my trust in your company, as well as my hard earned money in order to purchase what I thought would be quality merchandise from a reputable retailer who would stand by their word. I have been polite, respectful and very patient, however, disappointment and frustration is beginning to take its toll on my health. All I am asking for at this point, is a very simple resolution. Please schedule and arrange for pick up of purchased appliances that I am unable to have installed (due to missing bracket), test to insure they actually work or even begin to use and submit full refund so that I can contact local appliance retailer in our area. This retailer had been in contact with me and has offered to provide me with same products(exact model #). Local, dependable & reliable delivery, as well as, correct stacking brackets for complete in home install within 7 days.

I bought the downdraft vent range and paid the installation fee. When the goods is delivered, they told me they do not do installation. I ask for return and refund. They charged me delivery fee. They are total bad.

My dishwasher was delivered 3 weeks after ordering, but not with the connector I ordered and paid for with the dishwasher. They said they would come back another day to install after I buy the correct part myself (which I did the same day) despite having already ordered and paid for the correct part. My dishwasher sits in my living room not installed and they blame me without giving a reason. Appliances Connection works with a 3rd party delivery company and have yet to take responsibility or indicate a resolution after weeks of this. One of the worst purchasing experiences of my life.

We placed an order for a fridge, after 2 weeks with no explanation we spoke with Peter (a customer associate) that was extremly rude he told us to cancel the order. We requested to speak to his supervisor which unfotunately she was worse than him.
There are other vendors, therefore it's not worth all the hussle and sweat for something that you can get at cheaper price and mostly important better service.

Definitely less than 1 star. After receiving the wrong color oven "antique white" (it shows white on their website, but is buttercream in person) I had the most grueling process of returns. I knew the second I saw it, it was wrong. I was first told I needed to may $379 for return shipping, which I agreed upon. The next day was told I also had to pay a restocking fee. Yet they charged a "15% restocking fee" which was $865 and $379 return shipping fee. So $1244 later I was able to get a refund for my remaining money. I'm completely disgusted. That's SO much money for them to scam on a misleading product that was falsely advertised on their website and now the consumer is paying for it.

Took weeks researching washing machines and finally found one I felt good about investing in. Purchased from Appliances Connection. They sent an email that it would be delivered next day, but it was a washer with a different model #. Had go out of my way to speak with both the YF Logistics and with delivery drivers as they were enroute. Was told through their "chat" feature that they replaced it with a more expensive washer and left it at that. I finally called up the company that made the washer. 1. It was a discontinued washer that they haven't sold in years. 2. The washer that they were substituting was a downgrade (even though it was more expensive)." 3. Their substitution was a commercial washer. 4. They refused to replace it with the current version of the model that I purchased, even though it was only $30 more than the washer they expected me to accept.
Customer service is horrible! I've wasted hours and hours getting nowhere and ended up having to call my CC company and report them, just to get my money back. They had promised to refund me within several business days, but supposedly it wasn't even processed. And today, they hung up on me when I asked who I was speaking to. I will NEVER go through this company again.

Ripped me off lost $7500

Appliances Connection ripped me off I ordered over $70,000 worth of appliances for my new home. We had to order months in advance due to supply chain issues. Our appliances arrived two months before our house was finished. We verified and checked all the boxes were undamaged, and everything looked fine. However, we could not install anything because our house was still under construction. We paid $7500 for a Liehbere wine cellar. When it was installed we discovered it was not cooling and the fans were not operational. There was also a bulge in the door. None of this look like it was damaged due to shipping but more or less factory defect. We contacted Appliances Connection who advised us that since the order was received more than 30 days previously, there was nothing they could do for us they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer came to inspect the unit and said it looked like in their opinion it had been damaged during shipping even though the packaging was intact. They said they would do nothing for us that we needed to contact Appliances Connection for an exchange. Appliances Connection has refused to do this. So we now have a $7500 wine cellar that does not work, and has not worked since the day it arrived and was installed. Appliances Connection stole her money and refuses to help us. They have advised us the problem is not theirs and that we did not file a report in enough time. This unit is less than four months old and does not work and we are out the money and have a wine cellar that does not work. Pathetic service they do not stand behind what they sell, and they will not support you if there's a problem, avoid this company like the plague.

So bad. I mean, the worst! I bought over 16 items from them to fill 5 units over a month ago. Haven't received all of them. Just receiving them now and they're all wrong and NOT as described. Douglas who works for the Sales team is awful. Non-responsive after the sale and won't help to remedy any of the problems or defects. So bummed. I have over 15K invested in these appliances and most are useless.
