Got the part(s) promptly. Think there is a flaw in that the black gear melts-needs to be made of something harder that will endure heat.

I had a nightmare experience with an appliance repair company that left me with an "unfixable" appliance. After opening the range myself, I found it needed a wiring harness. I bought it here and made the fix myself. It was a better price here than other sites and it came quickly.

My electric dryer shut down with a puff of smoke that smelled like burnt rubber. I had some tools and skills but knew nothing about the dryer. I used the APP website and model number to troubleshoot the problem and repair procedures. I ordered the parts recommended. They arrived in two days! I followed the repair procedures to replace the drive belt, tensioner and roller. The dryer works perfectly and I saved money doing the work myself. Thanks to Appliance Parts Pros.

After 4 calls with your service techs I was told that an electical part was the very likely cause of my problem. I went and ordered the part, tried it and it did not solve the problem.The part that ultimately fixed my problem was a thermosat which the tech initally did not believe was the problem. I wish your company accepted my return of the control panel. I returned it but was denied a refund. Unfortunately, I can't use your company in the future for obvious reasons.

While we do provide free technical advice, we can't guarantee that any given part will 100% fix a problem because we aren't there in person to examine the machine. If you ever have doubts about a repair, it's always possible to call a service technician if you don't want to risk trying parts you may not need.
I needed a small timer knob for a 32-year old Whirlpool wall oven. This business actually had it, new and OEM. There was a full parts diagram for the oven so I could make sure it was the right part. Was shipped in under 24 hours after I placed the order. Shipping was kind of glacial - one week to go 270 miles, but that was more due to FedEx. Packaging was appropriate, and the part is now installed (no instructions were necessary). Positive all around.
One exception: shipping charge of $11 was high, given the slow shipping. So I knocked off a star. But I would probably buy from them again. I guess it does cost a lot to maintain a big inventory of obsolete parts.

The return selection of "part was installed and did not solve the problem" should be removed since you cannot return a part that was installed. Very misleading. I wasted $20 mailing my parts back and I am also out the $299.

That selection is still there for parts that can be returned after installation, such as cosmetic parts.
Non legit. Cancelled order and was charged anyway then they shipped and told me I have to pay for return shipping although I cancelled anyway. When I called the lady hung up. Was told I would not be charged by Kelly. Lied. DON'T USE.

Ordered 2 parts for a dishwasher. Both delivered next day! One was perfect; the other broken. Called and spoke with Cindy who was very helpful and efficient. New part was ordered but then was delayed. (As much is these days) Point being - communication was excellent and part was received shortly after. Great Company.

I troubleshot fan and mine was bad so I purchased a motor dc evaporator fan assy from them. Plugged item in and still did not work. Unplugged new unit and called service repairman. Repairman tested fan and new one was bad. Went a bought a new one and installed. All worked fine other than it cost me $350. Unfortunately, when I called and asked for a return due to bad part, the company would not provide a refund as it was plugged in for 10 second. What a joke. I definitely feel like I got screwed and they wont warranty their parts. Go somewhere else as they will screw you as well.

All you have to do if a part fails within that year is to let us know and we will replace the part at no cost to you. It looks like we've already processed a replacement for you.
