The ice dispenser on our GE refrigerator quit working. I was able to purchase a replacement drive cup and followed the video online to install it. Easy to do and saved me a ton of money as I didn't have to replace the entire ice dispenser assembly! I will definitely order again from Appliance Parts Pro!

Exceptional customer service. The original replacement motor was damaged in shipping. Brent A & Jason F with customer service handled a same-day reshipment before the damaged unit was even boxed up to be shipped back. I recently had a problem with my refrigerator. The telephone rep was very knowledgeable and patient, and guided us not only in buying the part, but installing it as well. Unfortunately the fix did not work and I had to buy a new refrigerator, but AppliancePartsPros issued a full refund for the part. I would definitely use them again.

I have a 48 inch DCS range and hood in my great room. The fan regulator broke so the fan was always on high and very loud. I found the model on Appliance Pro's and bought the regulator. I watched the video on the website. I actually changed to regulator in about 30 minutes with a screwdriver. It was pretty simple. I figured it would have cost at least $300 to have the local appliance store do the repair. Thanks for all your expert instructions!

The gasket did not fit. May not have been the fault of Appliance Parts. It was sold by another company, not Kenmore. That manufacturer was likely to blame as it was sold as a perfect fit alternative. No problem with the return and refund.

In a period of a week's time our washing machine wasn't discharging water, and our ice maker stopped working. After going through some of the online videos, we purchased the replacement parts, they came quickly, and for about $50/ each we fixed both of the issues. The online videos are super helpful, along with the parts schematics. Didn't have to use the help desk, but I hear they're great as well. Highly recommend.

Bought the heating element for a Whirlpool dishwasher. It fit perfectly. Still didn't heat. Found a paper inside the washer door, at bottom. Instructions said you have to run diagnostics to reset the heater fault. The original failure of the element sets a fault but will still let you wash dishes, but without the heat. After running diagnostic it will then allow the heater to turn on. If heater is still a problem it wont put power to the element. If all is ok with the new element all is good. Wonder how many people call service or get rid of the dishwasher because they didn't know to run the diagnostics!

All in all, got a $20 part for $90. More difficult than need be.

I needed to fix a fridge handle, they had the part. The problem was I had to buy both freezer and fridge handles, not just the one. That was the reason for 4 stars. Customer service was great.
