The warehouse did not ship in a box and the first item was chipped. I contacted their Customer Service and they quickly resolved the issue and shipped another with special instructions. Love their install videos too.

Placed my order and the part was at my door the next Day! Couldn't believe it. I put in the part and there was a factory (GE) defect. I contacted customer service on the computer and they had a replacement part to me the very next day free of charge! They handled the warranty situation with GE. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend AppliancePartsPros to every one who wants to handle their own repairs. Thanks ApplianceParts Pros. I used their video to show me how to do the repair. Was great. I was looking for just a small part on a Kenmore refrigerator on a house I recently bought. I went online and tried to match the part with the model. Just to make sure I called and in a matter of a few minutes was told I had indeed identified the correct part. It arrived two days later and works just fine. The customer service person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and wanted to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed.

I received a wrong dishwasher rack with another part I ordered from the same make, model, and serial number. I received an RMA with a generic shipping label instead of a return label from their preferred shipping vendor (Fed-Ex). Shipping charges were quoted $54 to $55. The part was $63, what point in shipping back to get $8 back.
I had questions and the service people were helpful in getting me to the correct answers.

It works well in releasing the ice. The only problem is, now it doesn't stop making ice and if we don't catch it, it overflows (when opened) on to the floor.

After installing the parts the washer machine began working perfect. However, after using it for a while it began doing the same thing. It gives the same error code. I am very disappointed.
