Brake pads and rotors were shipped super quickly and arrived super quickly. Issues I had were with packaging. Pretty much every box with a rotor in it was busted open, one box of pads was completely broken open. Parts were able to bang into one another, so we will see if there are any damaged pads or rotors. Furthermore I ordered both front and rear (8 pads 4 rotors) but it only came with 2 wear sensors instead of 4. Where are the missing 2 sensors?
These boards are great. Way better than my last set. They are big and solid. They do not move at all when you step up. They are kind of close to the overall body of the truck. Getting in is super easy, but when getting out of the truck you can still miss them and step to the ground. Just have to be careful. But overall I am very happy with these. Going to run through the rest of Barricade parts and see what else they may have. Thank you very much!
I have tried multiple times over the past six months to order a bumper that is listed on your website. Order *******6991
I get multiple daily marketing emails reminding me to purchase this saved item in my watchlist. I have attempted to purchase this bumper more than once. The latest attempt,was a few days ago, via online chat with customer service, who I contacted to see when this bumper might be back in stock. Live On line chat ensured me that the this item would be shipped directly from manufacturer and arrive 7-10 days,only to receive conflicting emails a day or two later, saying the item is on its way or shipping is delayed for 12 weeks.
I don't understand the confusion …either the item is available awaiting restock or is not available. This Merry-go-round of back-and-forth of purchasing a bumper that is confirmed to be able to be shipped only updated post purchase that it is delayed for months more.
Extremely frustrating and distasteful. Especially with the multiple daily marketing emails bombarding me to purchase this bumper over and over again. I understand the protocol of limiting marketing notifications in my profile but the live online chat purchase, confirming that the bumper would be here in 7-10 days is bait & switch or ingenuously misleading at the least.

Your website said product will fit. It does NOT fit. In the instructions it claims there are 4 bolts that need to be removed. My truck does not have those 4 bolts which are required to mount the bracket for the fender flares.

Headlights look great! The only thing is the tint makes the halogens very dim, my fog lights ended up being brighter. But overall very easy to swap out the old ones with these.
I am not very happy right now because I ordered a truck bed cover and it was supposed to be delivered Friday and here it is Sunday and I still haven't received it and for the last two days it says it is in Illinois.

I was leery about American Trucks when it popped up as one of many results from a Google search as I never heard of them. Their prices convinced me to continue. I was (and am) surprised that everything went well and was very easy to order.
Bought my truck as a two wheel drive, but wanted the factory 4 WD NZT 20X9" Dark Android wheels! They were NOT offered on 2 wheel drive Colorado's. American Trucks had the exact same wheel as GM, for $ 354.99! You can't tell them apart! GM wheels are $ 669.00 apiece with $ 50.00 core! Out standing American Trucks! Service was AMAZING, shipping was lighting fast, (and free)! Couldn't ask for more! 5 stars! You have a customer for life!
Ordered side steps and a retractable bed cover for my new Ram 2500, both arrived several days early and were in perfect condition! Install was as flawless as the ordering process!

This is now my 4th or 5th order with them. Super fast delivery and great pricing. Will only order parts from these guys. Also videos on how to do alot of part changes is pretty awesome too
Well the purchasing online went smooth, hopefully the delivery is the same. I liked the way you can match up the parts to your vehicle making sure they are the right fit.

Received order promptly. Opened package noticed the backup light bulb was not a 921 which is what I needed. Decided to return the item for a refund which is what I'm trying to get done now.
