Ordered Morimoto xb led headlight housings for my 2016 f-150, and they arrived in two days. I've order from American trucks a few time and everything gets here fast, they don't waste time getting your stuff shipped out

Happy with customer service and order process. And I got the part quickly. I just have to remember to have parts sent to my street address instead of PO Box, which is not accepted as a shipping address. I would buy again from American Trucks.
I purchased this bumper after damaging the original. It not only fit well and was easy to install, I really like the steps on the ends. The whole process took a few hours, most of it because I'm inexperienced.
The video about removing the old bumper has one error: Remove the end bolts and the wires, THEN the middle bolts. That way you can manage the final removal without a friend helping, and you aren't under the vehicle when it is coming loose.
I work in a body shop and need an aftermarket bumper for a customer.
Most companies these days, will do everything possible to NOT have to talk to you. Chat, email, bots, anything, and finding their phone number is like an evil Easter egg hunt. I had all my parts in the basket but had a question about 1 before making the order. I called and wow, I got a person! Brynden B. Was on the line, he was super helpful, we chatted a bit about my project, he had some good suggestions and then, took my order right there, and even added a small additional discount! Didn't send me back to finish my purchase online. It doesn't sound like much, but it was an entirely different experience than we are accustomed to getting these days!

Followed instructions. The only thing missing was torque spec for bolts.
The website gives no indication that items aren't in stock until after you have completed a purchase. Items I wanted to buy this month and shown as available are backordered for 12 weeks. This should be indicated to the customer before we click through to purchase. My last order made in October 2024 still has not been delivered after 3 months because the item continually gets pushed back with no indication of when it will be available.
