On 1/26/25, I ordered a set of Redrock body side moldings for my 2024 F250 Crew cab. I ordered an open box set that American Truck (AT) listed as for my 2024 F250. These were about $70 cheaper than a new set. When the moldings arrived, they were for a 2015-2020 F150; wrong model and wrong year. I used their online return link, explained the problem and uploaded the required pictures. Within an hour, I received the return authorization and a FedEx mailing label. I then had to find and drive to a FedEx drop off location. I received only a store credit. I called their customer service and explained that I did not want a store credit. I was given a refund to my credit card. About one month later, I received an email from AT that they had another open box set for sale. However, this time I also called to try to make sure they would be the correct ones. I was told they would be. On 2/27/25, I ordered the other open box set of Redrock body side moldings for my 2024 F250 Crew cab. When the moldings arrived, these too were for a 2015-2020 F150; wrong model and wrong year. I again used their online return link, explained the problem and uploaded the required pictures. Within an hour, I received the return authorization and a FedEx mailing label. I then had to again drive to a FedEx drop off location. This time, I only received a store credit. Because the only item I wanted on the AT website were the body side moldings, I decided that I would purchase the new ones to use the store credit. On 3/4/25, I ordered the a new set of Redrock body side moldings for my 2024 F250 Crew cab. I paid the additional $70 with my credit card. When the moldings arrived, they were AGAIN for a 2015-2020 F150; wrong model and wrong year. The box also showed that the brand was EGR which is a different brand of moldings on the AT website. I both spoke on the telephone with a customer representative and online chatted with another. The person I spoke to on the telephone started the return process. I then uploaded the required pictures but this time I did not get the return authorization. Instead, this time I was told by the AT representative in the chat that I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days (1 to 2 weeks) for their "vendor" to approve the return. Despite the fact that I told him that it was the fault of AT, I was told that it is their "policy." So now, AT has had my money since 2/27/25. I suspect that after the "vendor" reviews it, a return will be authorized. I was told that if a return is authorized, I would only receive a refund of the additional $70 I paid on 3/4/25 and the remaining approximately $120 would again be a store credit. I do not want a store credit. This was 100% the fault of American Truck. I want a full refund of my money.
Spoke with customer service before purchase for question I had. Placed my order with customer service they were able to apply a little bit more discount. Received my order on time as promised, great condition brand new.
Never received my order # ******* on 12/21/24. Ordered a power door lock actuator for a 2002 Silverado Z71. Have gotten at least 5 emails asking Mr to describe my experience but never got the part. I am very disappointed with the whole experience to be honest and getting surveys over and over isn't helping.

I ordered a tire rim kit with the sensors to be installed. Received the tires and rims. Could not get the sensors to sync. Brought to a tire shop, they could not get the sensors to sync. Made an appt to go back to tire shop, they took off the tires and looked inside. No sensors. American trucks did not put them in the tires. 100% their fault but they would not refund me for the full amount it took for the tire shop to fix the problem, nevermind the amount time wasted out my day/week trying to get this fixed. They basically said i should have had them ( American trucks) send me the replacement sensors. Which means i would have had to take to the shop, have them dismount the rims, confirm no sensors ( which they did) tell them to put the tires back on because i need to wait for American trucks to send me the sensors. Then once the sensors come in go back to the tire shop, have them take the rims and tires off again and put in the American truck sensors. Being charged for labor both times. Absolutly absurd - for something they messed up. They also claimed ( over the phone of course) they would add $100 to to refund for my troubles ( which did not happen) I would not recommend because if they mess up too bad for you

I see you have spoken to a supervisor and he is the one who issued you a refund for the Mount & Balance of up to $35 per tire which is our policy. He also did issue you a $100 back to your original method of payment (Affirm). You should of received an email confirming both of these refunds. I ordered new headlights and a cold air intake for my 2005 F-150 and I was blown away by the quality I wasn't expecting anything more than what I paid for but American Trucks came through once again with a quality product and a great price that doesn't break the bank.
Unfortunately most of myborder was on back order. Not their fault. They were quick to ship the items they had and refund the rest. I will be ordering again when everything is back in stock.
Order icon delta joint on February 20 2025. Here it is March 10 2025 and nothing not even an email on status. Only emails wanting to buy more. Frustrating!

Couldn't find a one piece flip up,so I ordered the hard tri fold. Hoping it's what I expect. Ordering was simple. So far I am pleased. I am disabled and was able to install it in 25 minutes. Fits great and looks really good

You send too many email and too many text messages. You ask me to review items that I returned or are still on back order that I have not even received. Too much mass spamming it not going to increase sales only drive customers away.
I placed my order and as soon as i submitted my payment the order was canceled by AT, i tried. Contacting service department, however, they were no help. So ordered through Sumit Racing instead
The radiator seems to be of good quality and works pretty well. The only issue i found was the dimensions were slightly different from my oem so had to modify my fan shroud.
Very pleased with the products quality and fit, worth the price for sure. It has a locking mechanism that can only be released from the inside which is a cool security bonus. This was the first time I've ever installed a cover, the instructions weren't very descriptive but I was able to wing it just fine. Side rails may take a few adjustments to get the correct fit. Looks great and has been pretty much waterproof. Very satisfied.
Purchased running boards on the phone.
When I spoke with the agent I told them o also wanted to buy installation so the agent had me pick an installer close to me from the list they provide.
I was told the running boards would be shipped directly to the installer's facility within 3-4 days and that the installer would reach out to me to set up an appointment for the install.
Today I received several emails. One was to notify me that the items have shipped and the other asking me to select an installer and the time and date I'd like them installed.
Instead of shipping to the installer's facility they are now being shipped to me which is not what I was told.
Instead general it seems to me like they do not have their logistics figured out which does not inspire confidence

They give you options of shops local to you that work with us and ask you preferred date & times. AT came highly recommended by a friend, so I went out on a limb and trusted the recommendation. The reason I provided only 2 stars is because customer service was disappointing. As a first time customer, I inquired about a potential savings for a first time purchase. Both times I was rejected and provided zero help from the customer service associates. In my humble opinion, a one time small discount of 5-10% isn't a large ask to earn new business and establish a relationship with new customers. Especially when this discount is 100% provided to military and first responders. So this tells me, you're able to discount the items, but not to new customers. Also, the $25 fee for large items is egregious. The exact same product is on Amazon with free shipping and free returns. It's hard to justify bringing business back to AT when there are cheaper options readily available. Furthermore, I paid for expedite shipping and never received the item within the delivery window. This is my first and last purchase from AT.

Wa looking for running boards for almost 3 months. Tried to purchase from one site saying item was in stock but had to cancel order when they emailed me it wouldn' t ship for 3 weeks. Another site verfied fit for my truck but when i got the boards the mounting kit was for older moldels. Best part was I had to send pictures to the manufacturer and seller to show them their mistake before they would take rhem back. American truck website was easy to use. After putting in my truck specs products with pictures and instal video came right up verifing the part. It came to me 2 days and took less than 2 hours to instal. I placed an order a coilover set for my F-150 to replace the Fox/Roush suspension that is now worn out and making noise. I received the package fairly quickly, but literally only rear shocks were in the box that came. I reached out to the customer support team to assist, they asked me to take photos, etc. I have not heard anything in regard to a resolution -- this is a joke lol

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
