I like the machines, I was very disappointed with the glued together 3" pvc wall sleeve that was too large to use, unable to be manipulated and embarrassing as my clients saw it come out of the box. "I paid for that?"
Mi order was placed easily, we got it in less than 2 days. The communication to follow up was great and the prices better than other supliers. The product is great, we are enjoying the mini splits when we needed them the most.

I have been ordering my AC's from Alpine Home Air for several years. Ordering is easy online and the unit comes usually with in the first week. All the units I have installed are working great.
They were very helpful on the phone with picking the right unit. They guided me to their brand to save a few dollars and it seems very good quality. I ordered the package unit and it showed up in 2 days! I hope I don't need parts for a long time but I'm confident if there is a problem that I wont wait long at all for any parts I need.
The company makes it very easy to order online. Everything was delivered as expected and the delivery driver was fantastic. I had to call to verify my payment as it was a large purchase. The customer service lady that helped was greta and easy to work with.
This is a great mini-split, simple DIY install, works great. I've installed and used other top brands and for the price you can't go wrong. Alpine Home Air has you covered with the best prices, fast and carefully packaged products. I was impressed with the care and time they took making sure the unit came undamaged. It's not an easy task with the radiator fins on the outside unit of a mini. But not a single ding. I will definitely come back, highly recommend.

I could not be more happy with my total experience with Alpine. The ordering process was efficient, their suggestions of what I needed for my project were good and it was clear what I was getting, too much it turned out. I mistakenly ordered 2 auxiliary heaters; they called to ask if I really wanted 2. I did not, and was almost instantly my order was corrected and a refund issued. The tracking information and confirmation of my order was great.
Once I received the heat pump, I had a few questions about the installation, so I called customer support. I really like that they great you by name when you call. My questions were answered quickly and professionally and even though one was a pretty dumb question I didn't feel belittled.
The Blue Ridge heat pump is working perfectly, the install was pretty easy, and again great customer service. I wish that I needed to order heat pumps more often.

My husband I lost our 1999 AC unit in August 2023, one week before the big heatwave hit our area. Joe found Alpine Air online on a Saturday afternoon. We called and spoke to a salesman, Sean. Sean set my husbands nerves at ease. From Sales, Shipping and Customer Support - Alpine Air has been top notch and we cannot recommend them enough. Very trustworthy and great products. Our AC unit seems perfect and we are really so thankful for the entire staff.
My systems have been working for years, (2015 & 2019) with no problems. I had to replace a part on the first one fairly soon, they diagnosed and sent it right out, it's been fine since. I needed to replace a front on another from a careless ternate, they were excellent there too.
