I had picked some options for my Fiancé to browse through and after he chatted with their customer service online (they were so helpful!) he surprised me with the ring. I can't stop looking at it. Its simply gorgeous.

I had a horrible experience overall but ultimately received the necklace I ordered because I talked to the Director of the company. Every single customer service person completely and utterly failed at doing everything they promised to do... nobody provided pictures they said they would, nobody even called me back over a two week period, and the necklace was not shipped a single time they said it would be. I refrained from commenting due to actually receiving the necklace but I keep getting asked to comment on my experience so here it is. The only nice thing I can do at this point is to not completely unload right now at the sheer incompetence and lack of care of all of the customer service people I spoke to. The director of the company was literally the only person who was able to simply send the necklace when she promised to do so, I have no idea why anybody else I spoke to even has a job at all given the way I was ignored.
I ordered gold stud earrings in late February and received my order in early March. The picture made it seemed like the earrings were going to be small, but they were pretty good sized for stud earrings. Satisfied overall!

First, the earrings were stunning and got rave reviews by my wife and friends. But second, and perhaps as important, i was totally impressed by the customer service and follow up. I had some timing issues that they totally were on top of. No hesitancy in recommending and using again in the future.
I wouldn't do business with these crooks again if my life depended on it.
I bought a wedding set from them on the first of September. They assured me that I would have the ring within 14 business days. I had to propose WITHOUT an engagement set because the ring arrived late.
Less than a month later, one of the gems fell out. We reported this and they tried to BILL us to have it fixed. While we were attempting to get them to FIX the problem, ANOTHER gem fell out. We have been fighting them ever since to try and resolve this issue.
A couple of weeks ago they agreed to upgrade and give us a completely different ring. (we have the emails to prove this.) Today I awoke to an email from my financial institution that they were trying to BILL me for the new ring.
Save yourself months of headache and a ruined engagement. Don't purchase from these crooks. You'll get a better ring and better service from Walmart... And they won't try to scam more money out of you.
Just got my 4 carat eternity ring and it could not be more perfect! Very sparkly and amazingly beautiful design. They have excellent service too. I love it so much and after getting my engagement ring here too, I am proud to say I am a lifelong customer of Allurez! Definitely recommend Allurez as your go-to jeweler!
The time to receive the order was LONG. Maybe due to valentines day but my necklace was ordered on the 2/4/24 as a gift...I also thought I included the love necklace as the free gift being offered. Long story I decided to inquire and they said they had not filled my order ( thought 4-7 days but the days turned into the end of Feb)...Customer service was super helpful but I bought this necklace based on the website data and I will say it was somewhat hard to navigate...May or may not purchase here again. I spent more than $400. I thought the love necklace was a bonus to my tennis necklace...I play tennis...

I waited almost 3 months for my order. After a week past the latest estimated shipping date I started calling to see what the issue was. After numerous calls I did not get a call back for weeks. Very satisfied with the product but wouldeve liked to be at least informed of the delay and returned call.
I ordered engagement ring and never received the product and I opened a dispute over the charge and this company keeps on lying that they deliver the product but never got it. Even the ups tracker they send says the product was not delivered but they still on claiming that they send the packet. And also it took more than a month for me to receive the tracking no. It's a huge scam. Pls save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else!
Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the product is that of a cracker jack box. Their customer service will do absolutely anything they can to get you to go away so they don't have to deal with you. They will not keep notes on your account, the will hang up on you, they will have no idea who you are when you talked to them 10 minutes ago. We have have our ring sent in for repairs 7 times! And every time we get our "new" ring back, you can still hear the diamonds loose. Absolutely the worst experience with a company we have ever had.
I looked all over for a very specific style of necklace, and only found a few places online that were close. Allurez had one that was nearly what I wanted, but didn't come in the length that I desired. After contacting customer service, they were able to produce the necklace I wanted with the custom length. I'm very happy with the result and the price.
This was a terrible experience overall for me. I ordered a custom engagement ring, paid for it and then was notified that the diamond i chose was out of stock and my order was not refundable. Long story short, after paying more than I wanted to for a less quality diamond, after more than 5 weeks from original purchase date I still had no engagement ring when it was promised to me by multiple employees to arrive by an earlier date. The customer service was terrible and I was lied to multiple times. I ended up disputing the charge and refusing delivery. Found a different ring in a local store.
Ring exactly as expected. Came very speedily. Expected to pay import fees as detailed on website, but did not expect to have to pay courier fee as paid for shipping at checkout. This put a downer on an otherwise great experience.
A good experience, a very pretty ring. The only problem is they notified me the ring would ship by the end of the week, and it was two weeks later when it shipped. They would have been better off not getting my hopes up.
The product came with the wrong stones. I received 3 2-sentence emails with vague information about getting a 'label' for repair. Then nothing happens until I send another inquiry, which generates another vague email. Not getting anywhere, yet.
The webisite is fast, detailed and well organized. I emailed a question and received a response within a couple hours during holiday shopping time. Good job.
