Shipment was returned to Allurez due to us leaving for vacation and being unaware of signature needed. This is where the nightmare with their "customer service" began. A month of trying to get our package that was paid for delivered has been unresolved to this day. I've yet to receive it. We have not the faintest idea where it is. We have been told it was shipped out again and we would get another email with tracking information. That was never received. We were told someone was on the case and we would get a call back. That never happened. Now every time I call I am disconnected."sorry we are not taking calls". This was for my husbands wedding band replacement for our 20th anniversary. They have completely ruined the surprise and I've basically had to tell my husband over and over again that it was on the way only to find it wasn't. I would never ever recommend this company.
I did have a little mishap so not 5 stars, they sent the wrong size and diamond but they fixed and returned it within a week, with no extra cost to me! I just ordered her wedding band and she's very happy they have a matching wedding band for it.
Do not, I repeat purchase items from this company. The ring I ordered was cracked and they have the worst customer service. I am a usually very positive person when it comes to the service industry, but I will have to say the service I received was horrible for me, a first time purchase of an engagement ring.
The order experience went very well with Allurez. The purchase price of the jewelry was good. However, my experience has been tainted by an incomplete order and unresponsive customer service. On my order, I requested an engraving and the ring that I received didn't have that. I called customer service and they told me to email them with a picture. I followed up by submitting a request through their website which emails customer service, but there was nowhere to provide an image of the ring and the missing engraving. I did not want to directly contact customer service through an email address because the site should offer a method to contact them. I cannot help that they don't curate their site properly.

The ring was delivered with a missing stone and the center piece was crooked. It was so obvious and it makes me wonder, "why they would ship it that way?" On the second delivery Jessica informed me I would have to pay the UPS fee for changing my address, as if it was my fault! Unbelievable! Bad customer servics and not the best material quality!
I looked endlessly in other places both in store and online. Allurez site popped up. Was easy to use. Had a quality product mix. Inancing optiones that fit me were offered as well. Customer service was available 24/7. Flawless and extremely simple from ordering selection to shipment to me. It didn't stop there, they followed up as well. I ordered this ring to celebrate the birth of my 5th baby in October. It is stunning and goes well some of my other rings I like to stack. The delivery service created some headaches but Allurez was quick to step in and assist.
What a crock Allurez is. "Crafting" my piece. WalMart sells what I ordered. But what Allurez sent does not look like the picture on your site. 100+ complaints with BBB. Your customer service is awful also. No more Allurez for me.

I love my engagement ring! I am simply adding the second tracer wedding band so I have one on top and one on bottom of my engagement ring. I was just hoping it would look as amazing in person as ir looked in my imagination... and it looks great! I am from the south where having two wedding bands (one on the top and bottom) of the engagement ring is the norm. When I put all three ring together it really exceeded my hopes of what it would look like. Allurez is so great to work with and I will absolutely buy from them again.
They sold me a defective ring with a missing stone. I then had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket for their lack of quality assurance.
They finally return the ring without providing the tracking number nor coordination. The package was being delivered at the most inopportune time and kept getting missed.
I worked with Rojan to have the package held at the depot only to find out it wasn't there when I arrived. Package was going to be shipped back to NY but luckily we worked something out.
Since my purchase I still haven't received the appraisal but I do finally have the ring at least. They don't respond to emails and you always get a voicemail. They never even apologized for the initial lack of QC. Senior management never contacted me even after making numerous requests.
Even their website is shady. Only positive reviews on theirs. I should have looked around. I would have returned it if it wasn't already presented as a gift.

I bought a diamond necklace and diamond earrings and they were not what I was actually looking for and I've been trying for two weeks now to get them returned and get a full refund. They want you to either get a store credit or buy something else and I don't want anything else from their site I just want a refund and it's very hard to get one. They used all tactics on you, no return on emails they're not taking calls. I would stay far far away from the site buying any kind of expensive jewelry.
First off, I emailed in to see about an update on my order when it wasn't delivered on the date it stated, and I'm talking about the latest date it gave. I emailed about 3 times, and every time I was told that the shipping manager would give an update soon. Also, during these 3 correspondents I get no updates what so ever, just told over and over again I would get an update. Still, at this very moment I have not received my order, and any updates and it's almost going on a month.
Poor quality and customer service. The pendant did not look like it did in the picture; the edges were sharp and prongs too long as if it was unfinished. Returned for a refund; I emailed to ensure it had been received back and was told it was in the inspection process. A few days later I received a replacement of equally poor quality. I had made it clear I wanted a refund as this was a Christmas gift and a replacement had already been purchased on seeing the bad quality.
