It was quite discouraging to find not a single retail shop offering quality wedding rings in my area. Seeing such high prices on some of the very basic stone studded rings, we took our search online. We heard about allurez.com from one of friends and thought to give it a try. I must say, from ordering to finally receiving the shipment, the experience was very smooth. Highly recommended.
Somehow, Allurez had the *exact* engagement ring I've always pictured in my head, aquamarine side stones and all! They had an impressive number of diamonds to choose from, natural or lab-grown. Shipping was prompt after the ring was made (altogether a roughly 3-4 week wait from purchase to receipt). I also gotta say, having a little LED in the box to shine on the ring was an inspired idea.
Now I just have to wait for the next vacation with my girlfriend to pop the question! Thank you!
After six weeks from the order date I received an item that was more than $2000 in a box with zero paperwork, receipt or evidence of legitimacy. When I inquired for documentation I was told I would have to pay $99 for it.

The engagement ring didn't look like the one on allurez.com - the amethyst side stones are barely visible. The diamond is very nice and the ring is well made too. My fiance loves it though (at least that's what she tells me;^)). I won't be buying the matching wedding band though. The ring shipped a week later than Allurez said it would, but Fedex got it here very fast.
I ordered a necklace and chain for $647 on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I failed to put in a promo code for an additional 8% off that was good through Monday Memorial Day. I realized it the next day (Saturday) and emailed Allurez asking to have the credit applied to my payment credit card. They did not reply to me until Tuesday and stated the discount was no longer available. I replied back that I had emailed them while the discount was still available and told them I could have cancelled my original order on that Saturday and repurchased the necklace and obtained the discount.
They refused to refund the 8% credit and only offered a store credit. This is apparently the way they do business. So be careful.
Also the necklace itself was much smaller than pictured online.
The original ring was beautiful, it needs to be repaired and we're working with Allurez and our insurance to get this done ASAP. The customer service rep has been very helpful in difficult circumstances.
This order has been a terrible experience, we've been trying to file an insurance claim and have been bounced around by customer service reps unable to help us, for 3 weeks. We're now laying out the money in the hope that this will be able to move forward. Please don't fuck this up any more.

I was looking for a spectacular ring for my soon-to-be-husband. My search finally ended on Allurez. They have such a superb selection that you are bound to end up buying something off of it. The ring was delivered on time and it was exactly as pictured on the website. What more can a customer want, huh!
The color of rubies is not bright and red as pictured online and expected by my wife and myself. To sent photos of the lovely but wrong coloring... which customer service woman responded to by saying red robin's cost more and they "Allurez" will not replace this bracelet. Deceptive quality switch. NO mention was made in the catalog that the coloring would be so different from the wedding ring I am matching. That too was Allurez and these two pieces are not matching now. Further I requested a manager or the owner contact me as I am nowhere near satisfied. The sales person and cust services woman has written back and forth to me saying there is nothing to be done? Oh yes there is! I ordered gold stud earrings in late February and received my order in early March. The picture made it seemed like the earrings were going to be small, but they were pretty good sized for stud earrings. Satisfied overall!
I bought a $2,600 custom ring. It arrived as described after about 7 weeks. There wasn't much communication on the process, but if you search the site - this is in line with their 4-8 week timeline. I didn't get my loyalty points, worth about $125. I've emailed them 3 times, they responded to each, but haven't resolved the issues after 2 months. I don't know how you would get support if something was actually wrong.
I chose this store for 2 reasons.
1. Desirable design of the item
2. Although it's more expensive than comparable designs elsewhere, I chose this store due to its proximity hoping for reasonable delivery times. When I realized it has not been shipped after a week, I tried calling customer service to no avail. I then started email correspondence. My attempts to request call back failed. Estimated shipping date offered was another week out. My questions about canceling the order was simply ignored.
I finally revieved the item, which is good quality and unique packaging.
Overall experience is not worth paying premium.
I had a problem with an order and requested a return authorization code. According to their return policy an item can be returned for any reason but you must first contact them and obtain a return authorization code. Initially they interacted with me, but once they realized that I just wanted a return authorization code, they simply ghosted me. I would avoid them, there are plenty of other online jewelers that are upfront about if they accept returns or not.
Purchased a butterfly engagement ring for my wife last year. Was returned once for having the wrong stones on the side. After one year, wife woke in the morning and found the whole setting and stone were gone. Called Allurez... you purchase a ring its ONLY 1 year warranty and no type of warranty insurance on stones. They profess excellent customer service. I teach CRM. Spoke, e-mailed, was ignored on several occasions. There comment was you should have had insurance on your ring! So much for standing by your quality of work. Stay far away from this company!
Allurez sucks, I ordered a ring in 2019 and then requested for the order to be cancelled 24 hours later, they refused to do so and I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and getting refunded. They claimed that they sent me the ring, which I never received, tried suing me over it and dropped the lawsuit. Two years later a collection charge from Allurez shows in my account. This company is based on lies and thieves. One day you'll get what you deserve.
They have horrible service. They are unethical. A terrible company with terrible goods. They do not stand by their products. Stay away! Buyer beware!
When we bought an item that was defective, they would not take it back. My credit company stood by me and refunded me the money. Now they are sending collection agencies my way.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything online. Ring advertised as gold, wore to silver within weeks, twice. Back and forth with customer service was laughable- almost a year of communication with resolves promised and never followed through with. Avoid at all costs.
I was dealing with Blaze. He went above and beyond to make my ring happen for me. It took a tremendous amount of time getting to the final product. As for the future, I would not recommend using this business!

I placed an order weeks ago, received order confirmation but have not received my order or shipping details. I have called, left over ten emails to service, tried the chat bot and messaged on social media without response. How does a chat bot not even respond! Allurez only allows 5 star reviews on their site, and I am convinced they are watered down at best. I just want my order, or money back or both but fear I will receive neither.
