I've ordered from Alibris many times. Only one time did they send a softcover when I had paid for a hardcover. They refunded me my money and let me keep the softcover.
I appreciated their help.

I signed up for the coupon through the newsletter however I never received it and that is my only concern besides that i love Alibris! I love how inexpensive the books are, the wide collection, and the quality of the books! I would recommend this site to anyone looking to get some books today@!

It's easy to navigate the website with an easy checkout process. There is a good selection of books, and the prices are reasonable.

Site is very easy to use, but shipping really adds up. I still choose this site over sites like Thriftbooks because I have an easier time searching for specific copies of books I want.

Caution to other shoppers: very misleading the Alibris attempts to beguile with "coupon codes" and makes ordering conditional on agreeing to let it post our feedback. "I agree to have this feedback published on public websites (Sitejabber, Google, and others) to help inform other consumers.

Good. Easy to find things. Would like to see shipping cost either already INCLUDED in the price, or have it visible as I'm shopping. Its a pain to find out at the end the shipping cost. I ended up buying some books on Amazon because it was CHEAPER with my Prime to buy a NEW book there than a used here.

Is hard to read the credit card number as I type, so I got it wrong. Please make font bigger and put the white spaces in between groups of numbers.

Offering an opt-in on publicly displaying these comments, and then forcing the customer to agree in order to make a purchase is a very ugly policy. It feels like being tricked. Creates bad vibes. I am greatly put off. I suggest a checked opt-in box. Still sneaky, but not overtly offensive.
