I paid for an electronic book I want in PDF on my PC. This seems like a bunch of BS having a bookshelf app to read the book I paid for. How do I get the PDF version?

First time purchasing wish there was a way in the search to pick publisher of book you are looking for

Even during Co-vid, Alibris delivered my book about cactuses in a timely way to a friend who relocated to AZ. Consumer-friendly site.

I found what I needed, and if titles weren't available, the system for letting me know and suggesting replacements was super convenient.

Easy and I appreciate the coupon. Helped my order another book.

I forgot to sign in and had 4 items in my shopping cart. I had to reset my password and when I went back all the items were gone. Not really your fault but I was disappointed.

I have had a good experience buying books. Dependable.

You have great prices and fairly easy to navigate website. Would have better content descriptions like Table of Contents. The main reason I chose Alibris is below

I went through the entire order on my phone only to not be able to enter my postal code because the only provided keypad was for NUMBERS. Then the program told me to enter my letter-number combo for my postal code (Canada!) but was unable to enter it. Even the drop down suggestion of my postal code was not accepted. So I had to boot up my laptop and start the entire process over again.

Easy to browse and a great selection! Check out was simple.

It IS (emphasis) to try and negotiate the different versions books that come up with a title. Ex, my order had four paperback options, each priced within a quarter of each other. I'm like 'Why?'

I quit Alibris years ago for same problems in paying and you have no live help and my attempt at getting things done via emails didn't work. Shame because I could have otherwise been saving money for all these years. I tried again and sure enough, wasted almost 3 hours before finally using PayPal & got big surprise finally got an extremely cheap book paid. I'll now see if I can buy another just to see if can do it that way again.

You offer a coupon to sign up for coupons and newsletters but you restrict it to $50 or more. My purchase without tax was $49.90 but with tax, which is what I actually paid for the order, was $53.52
Disappointed that I couldn't use the coupon.
