This is my first time using this service. The search works great and the prices are amazing. However, books kept getting removed from my cart while shopping so that was a bit of a headache to deal with.

I walked away from my computer for a few minutes and when I came back my cart was empty. It said the books would be saved for me for 12 hours. It had been under an hour. Also the free shipping did not calculate until the last page. It was showing up in my cart as being $12.95 up until then. I was concerned that I would be charged.

Lots of good books at good prices but a lot of TEASER coupons via email too & promises of free shipping that I never get.
Once I find one book from a seller (like Owl books), I want to order the rest of the books from there to save on shipping. It is not easy to filter to find the seller.

Like you guys but the coupons are rarely useful because the shipping is so high on multi-purchase orders even though I received an email saying free shipping this weekend which as misleading since every thing I was looking at didn't qualify.
