I enjoy shopping at Alibris, it is easy, convenient and there is a large variety of books. So far everu book I needed has been for sale on the Alibris site.
Easy to navigate your site and your prices are great
Shipping too high to buy multiple books. Bargine books for 99 cents end up being $12 dollars afte shipping and tax. This makes them far from a bargain.
Usually, it's pretty smooth to find books and then pay for them. I appreciate the ability to make use of coupons.

It's a little deceptive. Great prices on the books, but then you go to place your order and the shipping is more than double the amount for the books. I'd rather be able to see the full cost as I'm choosing my selections. I had to go back and take a bunch off my order to bring it back within budget.
The coupon never appeared. If it's not going to be accessible please don't offer it. Otherwise the shopping was relatively easy.
I like being able to purchase reasonably-priced DVDs to replace the VCRs in my collection. The shipping costs to Canada are also reasonable. I totally do not mind used copies. And I like that a number of the suppliers are charity organizations.

Very easy to navigate site! Love the easy to use search functions. One minor point of concern/confusion was if I was going to be able to review the items I was purchasing before payment was processed. I went back to a new window to reivew my cart after some confusion about what items would qualify for free shipping.
Found what I was looking for and at a good price! A great alternative to lining the pockets of corporate big tech anti-free speech Amazon!
