Only negative... it shows shipping charges before you go to the payment screen even if it's free shipping. I was hesitant to continue thinking I was going to be charged shipping.

Shipping is ridiculous! If I am looking for a discount and find one, I don't expect to spend what I saved in shipping. Shipping was 100% of what I would have paid for the books. I probably wouldnt have gotten the books that I order but my son was excited about them. I took the books off that I had for my husband and myself. My email also said that I have 20$ off which did not apply to my cart. This practice of not knowing the shipping ahead of time is very deceptive. I can shop elsewhere and my prices are given up front.

No option to use $5 coupon for $50 purchase when I checked out. Very disappointed.
1st you need a "log out" tab so one can erase ones order is they make errors and can't correct them... I spent over a hour trying to correct a error and a total amt of over a $100 because in error and I had doubled my order... so just have a correction tab on every page of the transaction would be helpful. The error keeps coming back, even when you leave the site because I couldn't correct the error... very very frustrating... but the big item is the shipping fee I think it is very high... there is one book site that shipping is free if one spends over $10.00... especially when you buy 4 of the same book. I know, why didn't I go there... they didn't have what I wanted...
