I repeatedly have login issues with your site (password resets do not work---I logged in today by creating a new account, which, surprise, was magically connected to my existing account). I had sent one request for assistance, to which I got no reply. And, I have just sent another. Both your Website and your customer are broken and need some attention.

The website is so easy to maneuver, prices are great, and shipping is fast. I am never disappointed.

I found the book I was looking to purchase, as it is not available in an electronic reader-format. I put the book in my e-cart, made my purchase, and I'm pleased with the process.

Books that come from the same place don't bundle :(

Alibris should help with shipping costs, by suggesting when a book is available with another seller for books already in shopping cart.

You provide a wonderful, comprehensive site and I am thrilled to have found the books selected to help my daughter in her medical studies.

Almost always find what I am looking for, quick and easy shopping!

What can I say? It will take me longer to type this message than to buy a wonderful book at a great price. Alibris gives me a list of option which are easy to compare. Paypal checkout if offered too., I can't think of any improvements.

It would be great that sellers discount shipping costs when two or more items shipped to same address

My experience has been very unsatisfactory. You do not allow a choice among credit cards, so I continually have to re-enter credit card info - switching between business (where I get reimbursed) and personal. But this time, the order (for Carlo Rovelli, *Helgoland*) got placed before I was even aware of being in the cart. I received BOTH a message saying there was something wrong with the order because the cart was empty, AND a confirmation of the order indicating it had been placed - but on the WRONG credit card, because I had no opportunity to change the card info. I have increasingly been going to Abebooks due to not wanting to face these issues.
