From the early on i was intrigued by the possibility of speed and action being in direct contact with suppliers. The more I use Alibaba, the better it gets. Payment solutions has reduced payment transfer time 1 week, and it is instant. Ok the fee could be complain-able, but the time saver make me focus on other business developing than rather checking and chasing when and if the payment has gone through, also leaving most errors behind.

Suppliers that are not still inside Alibaba will have a problem in the future. I have already had to let go several suppliers already due to not having a Alibaba web site or use Alibaba as a communication and payment platform. The messaging subsystem works very well. Sometimes it is a bit slow, but I am literally on the other side of the world, so it's ok if I have to wait for a few seconds here and there.

Some providers have been checked on site. This is a great feature, so you know you're dealing with a legit company.

The deal was the biggest trade deal ever made through Alibaba. I personally ordered small items, but they grew larger and eventually developed into a big deal that even went on a business trip to China.

Will never purchase again. Purchased the Sterling Silver Ring, Vampire Diaries Inspired Ring, Lapis Lazuli Gemstone. Photo on site shows a substantial ring of decent size. What a received was nowhere close. There photo is so magnified - this company is a joke. The band is only as thick as a quarter. Also, I was not able to write a review on their site. Another clue to stay away. Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money.
