In other words, the uniforms were getting destroyed only with one use of a 2-hour training. We did mention it to Miss. The supplier's evidence consisted of the sentence "I don't agree with the buyer's request" which the supplier repeated each time I sent any evidence.

Whenever I sent evidence alibaba.com just replied with a request for me to send evidence.
Eventually I had no more evidence to send, so alibaba.com asked me for more evidence.
When I didn't send more evidence, which I didn't have, alibaba.com closed the case and said that the Trade Assurance Guarantee didn't apply because I had run out of time.

BEWARE Alibaba.com Trade Assurance Guarantee - it's not worth anything and will eat up your valuable time pursuing it.
Beware alibaba.com Trade Assurance Guarantee
The pretense is that there is a guarantee but in reality they keep asking you for evidence (even when you have provided it) until you give up. Then they say you have run out of time. Strangely, if the supplier never provides any evidence that is ok.
None product was faulty on arrival
I placed an order for two Oneplus 12 mobile phones from the Fuzhou Century City company on Alibaba which were promptly delivered to my address in Europe. When I opened the boxes first thing I noticed was that they contained Chinese charging cables which couldn't be used in Europe, and although I wasn't pleased about this I thought no big deal.
One of the phones was for my wife and I gave it to her, she switched on the phone and went through the process of transferring all the data from her old phone onto the new one and after she had finished doing this the Oneplus 12 just switched off and it wouldn't switch on again no matter what we tried.
I immediately contacted the saleswoman I had been dealing with at this Fuzhou company to inform her of the problem as we had only just received the phones less than an hour ago, she was totally unhelpful right from the start telling us to charge up the phone but the phone was already charged and was showing over 80% battery capacity when it switched off and wouldn't come on again. I left the phone on the charger for a couple of hours but it still wouldn't switch on or show any other sign of life apart from getting a bit warm. All this while I was exchanging messages with the seller who has absolutely ZERO customer service and she was implying that I was lying about the phone being dead and even insinuating that I had somehow damaged the phone, really terrible customer service and after care and I was getting really angry by this time as after spending $615 on a mobile phone the very least thing I expect is for that phone TO ACTUALLY WORK.
She was demanding all kinds of unreasonable stuff from me like "proving" the phone doesn't work, how the hell do you prove a phone doesn't work without you sending the phone back to them? The last suggestion this woman made to me was to take the phone to a mobile phone shop and let them check it out, are you nuts? I just spent $615 on a brand new phone and I have to take it to a mobile phone shop?
Completely AND TOTALLY UNHELPFUL company and staff to deal with and I have raised a dispute with Alibaba for a refund and my messenger has now been disabled from contacting the seller which doesn't look very promising as many customers complain that Alibaba always takes the side of their fraudulent sellers.
People need to beware when ordering from Alibaba and are better off obtaining products from more reputable companies with a fairer despute resolution process. I am still waiting on Alibaba to resolve my claim.

Review of Alibaba Group:
Alibaba to be straightforward forward is a platform to discover opportunities. It's no different than the real world. I've made more money from Alibaba than any other supplier I've worked with. You have to go into the marketplace and get to know your suppliers. If you don't feel comfortable with a supplier after a few days of contact, then maybe it's time to move on, there are plenty more suppliers. One way to tell if a supplier is good is to study what they talk to you about. If all they talk to you about is business, then maybe venture out and meet other sellers. You'll find genuine connections to supplies from almost every industry you can think of. Just like in any marketplace or in the real world, there are some bad actors. But overall, Alibaba has many strict rules so the likelihood of getting ripped off is solely based on user or self-navigation of the platform. This is business, do your homework and negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. There's a lot of money to be made even for an individual, or start-up small business. Use discernment always.
Considering that they are in China, I'm quite surprised that Alibaba has begun shipping some products within 3-7 days. This is much more likely for smaller items/orders/samples. You can always ask for a sample but they ask you to pay the shipping (which is fair). If you end up liking the product, you can ask them questions like:
What is your MOQ?
(Minimum Order Quantity)
Are you able to customize the product to put my brand name?
There's usually a minimum amount of units you must purchase but it's always negotiable.
What's the best price you can give me for X amount of units?
Always negotiate. Don't be afraid to negotiate because this is what matters most to your satisfaction when you receive the order. If the numbers don't add up to profit by your calculations, and the supplier doesn't support your target price, ask another supplier and get different quotes by submitting an RFQ.
What port do you ship from?
China is huge, you might be buying from a supplier inland, which will take longer to arrive since it has to first travel nationally before it goes international.
Do you have any certifications?
This question opens up information about the company. Some of them you can view in Virtual Reality.
Can I see your company's website?
Always check the company's website. Is it professionally done or is it missing or the supplier doesn't have a website? There's a lot you can learn from that.
Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
I use to believe trading companies were just regular sellers trying to buy cheap and sell high. But there's a reason to work with both trading companies and manufacturers. For instance, if you need a small order of ready-to-ship products, the trading company has more time to focus on those orders. Manufacturers produce bulk loads so sometimes they can't cater to a small order. But every manufacturer and trading company is different so be sure to shop around.
So far I've spent a little under $1,500 US dollars out of 21 orders. Which is not a lot of money but considering the amount of inventory I have plus I've already made that money back already. It's hard not to profit off of Alibaba.
My favorite thing about Alibaba is its payment system. It's completely safe since Alibaba holds on to the payment and releases it after you approve that the item is compliant and you are satisfied. Not only that, but they accept many forms of payment. Personally, I like to use Afterpay and Klarna, this way I'm able to break the payments into four separate, giving me more cash flow and time to sell.
Alibaba is also multiplatform so you can find inventory whether you're on your phone or computer, any time. They have livestreams that show you their work operations. Gives you the ability to speak to someone human and just adds more connection and trust. Highly recommend the Alibaba App, to stay on top of business and suppliers.
You can even visit their factory believe it or not. If you go to China, you can schedule a visit to their facility if you really want to know how your products are being made and stored.
Alibaba also has a credit system if you submit a few documents. Once approved you can order at least $2000 in products and don't have to worry about paying according to the 30 or 60-day agreement contract you make with your supplier. This way, it gives the supplier resources to begin creating your inventory (especially if it needs customization). And they're lead time depending but most industries are around 3-7 days. They'll ship the order out and if you have a high-demand product, then you can possibly make that $2000 credit back before the time you agreed. This way, your customers are happy. You as a customer and seller are happy. Everyone's happy. Be strategic and always buy ahead of the trend.
I hope this review was helpful. Best regards,

I haven't had a bad experience yet with Alibaba. There is always a concern when dealing blindly with another country, but all my experiences through Alibaba have been positive. I believe that going through Alibaba keeps everyone honest and accountable.
I know it's easy to compare it to Amazon, but it really is a different business model altogether. Amazon is for consumers; Alibaba is for business. I've been using it for manufacturing. Anything you can dream up; you can collaborate with manufacturers through Alibaba to have it made. Whether you part it out like I do or find a one stop source that will do it all for you, Alibaba is your resourse!
So far, I've just been dealing with samples that have been express aired to me, so I haven't had to dive into the world of Freight Forwarding and customs yet, but it's coming!
Thanks to Alibaba I'm able to follow my passion of designing things and having those designs brought to life!
About me and my business:
I'm an electrician for the leading entertainment venue in my state (US). I am currently rebuilding the floor boxes we use for supplying power to vendor booths during conventions in one of our three facilities.
So far through Alibaba I've had samples made of:
16"x16"x 2mm stainless steel plates laser cut from CAD drawings I've submitted.
Custom single device, weatherproof covers cast in 316 stainless steel, for partial submersion in water. I designed in Fusion360
6mm x 40mm stainless pins with e-clips to hinge the base and lid together for the covers.
72mmx115mmx2mm die cut silicone gaskets with adhesive on one side (watertight gasket for the covers)
Other items through Alibaba:
M32 stainless steel cable glands
Din rail with 100A rated din rail mounted distribution blocks
This project has been a labor of love that has required me to learn AutoCAD, Fusion360 and g-code (for 3D printing the cast parts), but it has been a very positive experience working with manufacturers through Alibaba during this process!
This is my experience. My order is An Alibaba trade assurance order with a purchase contract inside and it is an Inspection pre-shipment order. The trade term is under the FCA term.
The payment term is 50% as the down payment and 50% as the balance payment will be paid after inspection.
The order's shipping date is 30 Oct 20. In the contract, artc9 is stated, that the declaration will be carried out by the buyer to get a tax refund,
And artc10 is stated, that the seller guarantees that the item the buyer purchased, is eligible for the tax refund.
I opened the first dispute on 22 Oct 20, because the seller cannot prove her guarantees based on artc10.
The reason for the 2nd to twelfth dispute because the seller didn't send the goods on-time based on the shipping date in the contract 30 Oct 20.
The inspection is suspended on 23 Oct 20 and it is canceled by me on 3 Nov 20. Because the shipping date, which is stated in the contract is already passed.
